Appreciate the large desk space

Pros: Close to downtown Nashville without paying downtown rates.
Cons: Great hotel
Location: Plenty of restaurant options very close.

Dial UP Internet Speed

Pros: Clean, friendly people.
Cons: INTERNET, INTERNET
Location: Location is great, plenty of stores around.
The hotel and staff were excellent. The only real issue was the internet. I have stayed here 2- 5 day weeks and the internet speed is the worst I have ever seen. I could not even download email. Asked the staff they said AT&T issues, but for 2 weeks. Not sure what the issue is, but if you need to do work over the internet, STAY A DIFFERNT PLACE, other than that everything was great.

Needs Improvement

Pros: The location, amenities and pet-friendly
Cons: Cleanliness of sheets and carpets in the suite, thermostat controls, shower water pressure
Location: Close to Nashville
The hotel location and facilities were good, and being pet friendly was a big plus. Lee at the front desk was also excellent. The problems started, however, when we checked into our room. The sheets were dirty and had hairs from someone else on them. We had already unpacked and did not want to change rooms so we requested a replacement set of sheets. Lee was happy to do so, and we changed our sheets. On the third day and last day of our stay, the thermostat started to malfunction, and the temperature increased to 75 degrees F in our room. We lowered the temp, and thought it was okay. However, when we returned to the room almost 6 hours later the temperature had risen to 90 degrees F (as indicated on the digital thermostat). Our dog was frantic when we opened the door, and we could not seem to get the temperature to drop fast enough. We were very concerned about the health of our dog. Lee offered us another room, but we decided to leave and go home instead since it was our last day at the hotel and we would have had to pack up all of our things anyway. The hotel did agree to credit us one night.

Close to my daughter's workplace

Not a good stay this time. We reserved a full suite and when we arrived they said they could not give us that room but would give us a studio suite. We always get the regular suite because of the separate bedroom. This room was much smaller, the bathroom was much smaller. Not to our liking. We felt cramped.Why do you give someone a room that they did NOT reserve? We were not happy and I know I will NEVER book through Orbitz again!
