Affordable hotel with shuttle service to downtown.

The outside appearance of the hotel is not great, but don't let that deter you. The rooms are very nice and the staff was respectable. The walls are a bit thin as another room was quite loud at 2am with what I assume was partying. The location is close enough to downtown that driving was not a hassle. A shuttle is also available up until 9pm that will bring you into the city. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

ROACHES

WAS WATCHING TV AND NOTICED A ROACH. I took a picture and immediately went to the front desk. I told the guy, he acted like he didnt care! I then said I dont understand how im paying 220 per night but u have roaches, he went on to say that im paying that much because its downtown! So u think I dont know that! I immediately checked out! And I want my money back!!

Good hotel close to Broadway in Nashville

We like they shuttle you back and forth between Broadway downtown Nashville strip. Free hot breakfast. Love the nice hard shower spray most hotels you don't get that. Comfortable bed. Husband has stayed at other clarions for work and they offer you a free water a day and this hotel you pay $1.85 to buy a bottle. These hotels should be consistent on things like this.

Great place to stay for the money.

Pros: Loved the shuttle service back and forth to the downtown area. We also liked the large lobby area with all the chairs, couches, dining tables, TVs.
Cons: Would love it if this hotel had a restaurant either in the facility or in walking distance.
Location: Downtown is just a few minutes away and the hotel's free shuttle will take you back and forth. There are so many things to do downtown....music!
The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and Tyrone (breakfast attendant) made sure everyone had what they needed. He went out of his way to make everyone feel at home.

Very nice hotel and close to Bridgestone Arena.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly especially at ckeck-in and breakfast. Tyrone was the best at breakfast by going above and beyond seeing we had plenty to eat and keeping our table free of dirty plates. Will stay at Clarion Downtown Stadium in the future. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Hope to see ya'll again in the future.

Great hotel close to Nissan Stadium

Pros: Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Close to Nissan Stadium. And free breakfast.
Cons: Probably could use some touching up, as it's an older property. Had problems with the card keys demagnetizing every day we were there.
Location: Less than a mile from Nissan Stadium, so perfect for football fans who travel to see their teams play.
We enjoyed our stay at the Clarion hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and had all of the necessities including a mini fridge and microwave. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was just right for us. We were there to see our football team play against the Tennessee Titans, so the hotel's close proximity to Nissan Stadium was perfect.

I will definitely stay here again!

Pros: Friendly staff, clean, very cool looking.
Cons: Nothing
Location: It is 3 minutes from everything you would ever want to do in Nashville.
This hotel and staff are awesome! Walking in and being greeted by friendly people who are actually smiling and seem like they enjoy their job, is refreshing when so many people are unfriendly and rude honestly. The hotel was remodeled 3 years ago and it is really cool looking. Very very clean and well kept. As I went to my room I was greeted by hotel cleaning staff who told me if anything was wrong with my room to let them know and they would fix it. This is so unusual but awesome! My room was spacious and luxurious with a perfect view of the city. The bed was so comfortable I actually slept the entire night, which never happens in hotels! Overall I have nothing to complain about at all. Great experience, great staff, great price and great room. Thank you!

Terrible experience.

The entrance is old and needs upgrade. The staff were not professional and courteous. I have to wait 15 mins as they insist i do not have a reservation. I showed them my itinerary from expedia and the receptionist just look at it at a glance and told me that they have nothing to do with that nos. and my name is not on their system. I showed them that my bank was charged and the receptionist called someone to check it out in another computer and they found my name. The front reception asked my credit card and just run it through Without explaining. I told them that i paid already and he explain quickly that he is just getting a security deposit if ever i will destroy or lost anything in the room (that is so rude the way he said that )and he should have ask me if he can use that for a deposit instead of just running it through. The elevator is old and the rooms are outdated. I paid $185 per night on a very unpleasant experience.
