Nice hotel within walking distance of Nissan Stadi

Hotel also provides agree shuttle to downtown area every 30 minutes. Beware though of rowdy out of control drunk hotel guests. Our return trip to hotel at 5:00 pm was not family friendly for our group with a 5YO with the language and the woman in the front seat getting up to moon a bicycle party bar in front of the shuttle. Also I recommend before going to bed set the fan on AC to ON so it will mostly cover the loud screams, laughter, and language in the hall and room next door. Unless you were attending an event in Nissan Stadium, I would not stay here.

Decent hotel - a bit far from downtown

Nice hotel - 3 out of 5 stars - friendly helpful staff - not in best area if you plan to walk to downtown - 30 min walk

A bit deceiving and unclean

Pros: the free shuttle to downtown
Cons: Staff was a bit unprofessional when you needed help with the way they spoke as well as the cleaning condition of the room.
Location: it was about a $6 uber right to right downtown night life on broad way
The hotel was okay, nothing great. Sadly the name was a little deceiving since it has "downtown" in the title it being our first time in Nashville we believe that our hotel was right downtown and it was not. Although the shuttle was wonderful! Also, the room could have been cleaner with hand signs being very gross and covered in hair and other things as well as pillows looking dingy.

Close to the stadium

Pros: Really interesting and modern decor and close to downtown. If it was cooler and we were younger, it would be a nice walk. Friendly folks.
Cons: One complaint...free breakfast was nice, but the hotel was full and there was no place to sit and the staff had a hard time keeping up with the food.
Location: Close to downtown, the Country Music HOF, the state capitol, and highways. We love the day/nightlife in Nashville.
Our check in was a bit delayed because the hotel was packed with football fans, but once we were in, the hotel staff, for the most part, was friendly and helpful. The hotel was modern and clean. It offered a free shuttle to downtown, which was great! And, the drivers were the best!

Nice Hotel

This hotel is great for anyone who is in town to go to a game at the stadium. It's in walking distance. If you want to be within walking distance to downtown, it's a little too far and the busy streets are dangerous to cross. There is a shuttle but it stops at 9. the staff was great, the restaurant ok, the bar ok, the rooms didn't have a sitting area. It's the bed or the one fest chair.

Everything went well, clean, a little dated, great location and I got to park there for free for the football game after checking out. The guy working the breakfast bar was super upbeat, nice and social, at a minimum he went above and beyond.

Went for Marine Week 2016. Free shuttle free breakfast with hotel stay comfy beds. Room was good size with 2 queen size beds. Great hotel

Hotel itself was very good, but staff-horribile!

It took 15-20 min. to check in, with the person checking in leaving us hanging at least twice. Once got to room and we're settling in, someone else tried to check in the same room!! The same person who left us hanging did the same check in for the gentleman! !
