HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Ready for this???
Okay I booked this hotel WEEKS in advance. I booked a KING room with a sofa bed. My itinerary even said I had 4 PEOPLE with a KING bed with a SOFA bed. So, I call the day before to make sure everything was good to go. They tell me I have a king room with TWO people. I told her, no....i am looking at my itinerary I have a king room with a sofa bed for FOUR people. She told me they don't even have a king room with a sofa bed and for me to contact expedia but it would be $20 more a night. WHAT. So I get screwed because you guys have a screw up??? NO. So I called expedia and they contacted the manager and the manager said that it would be $20 more a night for a double bed room and they would charge me if i cancelled. That they would not waive my cancellation (WHEN IT WAS THEIR SCREW UP). So I called the manager, same thing she said she was going to charge me for cancellation or i could pay $20 more a night. She was SO rude. So, I got off the phone, and cancelled the card that I had attached to that reservation.
So they can shove it! Good luck trying to charge me, HA!
