Overall good experience. It was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had one night where the parking spots were all full so I parked in one of the electric car charging spots, I let the front desk know and they were okay with that.

The room was good clean and staff nice. But the traffic noise is loud. The doors slamming is loud. Bring ear plugs. I would go down the street away in future.

This was the better comforts suites we stayed at between the two. Mt. Juliet is a nice area and perfect distance away from the city. Room was clean and interaction with staff was pleasant.

Everything was fantastic! Room was quiet and clean. Staff was inviting and friendly and the breakfast was great. Only compliant—the bed pillows…please, please go back to regular bed pillows! Those square ones are too small overall and too high to sleep comfortably.

My sister couldn’t believe I had booked a comfort suites. From the pictures she thought surely it was a boutique new modern hotel. Everything was so clean and nice and decorated well. Great breakfast and kids loved the pool

When we arrived into town, someone with me had gotten sick on the trip. We arrived early to our room to see if we could check in early so he could lie down and rest. The lady at the front desk was very nice and asked us to go into our room early because it was already ready. He was able to test for the remainder of the evening and start feeling better. Breakfast was mundane and not diabetic friendly. I asked if they had sugar free syrup and was told no. I thought the coffee was sub par.Entryway had strong smell of bleach, so I knew it was clean but the smell was far from appealing. Everything else was excellent

Quick trip to the Nashville area. The hotel was very clean! Room was spacious. Breakfast was pretty good too! Only down fall I have is toilet seat was super loose and wobbly and one of the key cards we had didn’t work the whole time. I even got them to reprogram it and it still gave us problems. Not sure If it’s the lock itself or the key. Would def stay here again

Easy to miss the entrance to the parking lot. There needs to be a bigger sign at the entrance so you don’t drive right by it or have to slam on the brakes at the last minute. Exiting the property was another adventure. Very difficult to see the cats coming up over the hill and around the curve. Hard to judge which lanes the oncoming cars were traveling in.

Accessible room actually accessible
While some accessible rooms struggle to actually accommodate wheelchairs we found this room to be quite well done. Large with lots of floor space to maneuver and a sturdy shower chair. Accessibility isn’t missed at the pool either with a chair entry available.
