They were remodeling at the time of our visit , hallways smelled like paint thinner & varnish , mattress was hard & felt like needed to be replaced , free breakfast was good

Under construction - poor workmanship

Pros: Decent location.
Cons: Shame to spend on money on poor quality renovation work. However, if a hotel does not communicate with a guest, they get what they deserve.
Location: North of airport, away from the city. However, once exist north of the hotel are a number of restaurants and shops.
Hotel is in the middle of a major renovation that probably will last for at least a couple of months. That is OK but the quality of the ongoing work is terrible. My room has been redone but the quality of the drywall work in the bathroom was terrible, the tile work was also poorly done and the toilet rocked badly. I left my business card and asked to speak to the construction manager to point out these problems and never contacted. I will never stay here again.

One night in Nashville....

In process on remodeling will be really nice once complete. They do a great job of accommodating around the construction. New small bed pillows were our least favorite??.....great location close to the airport & highway yet far enough out that it's a nice calm area. Very kind staff. We would stay again.

Nice hotel outside of Nashville.

Pros: I liked the location, price, and eating establishments close by.
Cons: The hotel is currently under renovation. I am not sure what it will look like once completed.
Location: The location was great with places to eat near by.
It was easy to find. I was going on to Vanderbilt the next morning for a doctor appointment. Traffic was very heavy going into Nashville. Extra time must be allowed for the drive.

Hotel was under renovation, but room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was a short drive to downtown area.

Hotel staffs tv playing all night

Pros: The fact that the room was remodeled made it nicer then if it had not been
Cons: Tell people ahead of time about your problems with the hotel.
The first problem occurred when we checked in. I told my wife we would be staying at this hotel 2 nights and she would be able to swim. Even though they claimed to be almost finished with construction, the Pool was CLOSED! This is not mentioned anywhere when you are booking. Almost half the parking is blocked by Shipping containers. I wore earplugs the first night and slept ok, even though I could hear a tv playing all night. My wife got up grouchy, she said someones tv kept her awake most of the night. The room has been recently remodeled, but the workmanship is well below average. The air conditioner had what appeared to be construction dust or mold in the screen. The beds were good. The next night we had to get up at 4am for our flight. No earplugs for me and not much sleep. Someone's tv noise played all night. There was a phone in the room that was not working. The alarm clock could not be set. I wasted a half hour with a very friendly staff trying to rectify this so I could be sure I would wake up. (It turned out that someone's tv noise was the TV in the breakfast room attached to OUR wall and turned on so the STAFF could watch tv!!) I was going to let the night staff know about these problems, BUT, They had slipped our receipt under our door, and when we tried checking out, THEY were NOWHERE to be found. I paid extra for this hotel to get a better night sleep. It was room 106. DON'T get this room! I would not go back, it seems the management/owner really doesn't care

Unpleasant stay

Advertises they would supply and airport shuttle. They don't and make you find your own ride to the airport, and won't even pick up the bill for you.

Under Construction

The hotel is currently being remodeled. Will be very nice when completed. There is no airport shuttle despite what the website said. Ice machine was broken with no ice available.
