It was a pleasant stay, although the images online make the facility look newer than in person. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work, so the room was steamed up during showers. Nevertheless, everything was pleasant and convenient to my destination. The only issue I had was the clerk charging my card even when I expressed wanting to pay in cash. I understand needing the card on file for any incidentals. And I gave it. What I don’t understand was the check-in clerk telling me to tell the clerk at checkout I wanted to pay cash, but charging my card anyway. I received an alert. If there is a no cash policy at the facility that was all that needed to be said. I’m a nice human, I avoid conflict, but I’m straightforward. My mom was taking care of the staying part and I handled everything else on our trip. She pays in cash, always has. We travel all the time and it has never been an issue. Pay upfront and hold a card for any issues. However, I would stay there again, but I just know to charge the stay because there seems to be an issue with cash.

The hotel was clean and staff was super friendly. There is nothing special about this hotel amenities-wise, but if you are looking for a no-frills hotel with all of your basic needs met then this is the place. There are some decent restaurants/bars within walking distance and just down the street from the Gaylord and the Opry.

Staff was nice. Room cleaning was by request only and sign advising of this was blocked and staff did not advise when checking in. Breakfast was severely lacking. Paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Price was too high for lack of everything.

Never been to a hotel where they care about your soul as well as your physical. As soon as I stepped into the lobby I saw a prayer request box. Mind blowing, I loved the idea and God Bless this establishment 100 fold. Wonderful staff and very comfortable room and bedding.

This was a nice hotel near Opryland for our family trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. They served a hot breakfast in the morning, and they had decent parking. The only real problem was that the heater in our room had a mind of its own. We would turn it down, only to have it blast the temperature right back up. We finally gave up and turned the heat completely off, which made it feel OK.

Fantastic place to stay!
The front desk clerk was amazing! She was kind, informative, a problem solver and an overall excellent employee! In all my years of travel, I have never met one like her! Your maintenance man was the same! He came up at 11:00 at night to fix the television. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you! We will be a repeat customer!!

Quck overnight stay
One night stay to shop at Opry Mills and walk around Opryland Hotel. We took in all the Christmas festivities going on and even enjoyed Eastside Bowling a few miles away with our teens. Who in the world wants to pay $500 for one night stay at Opryland when you can go across the street and stay here AND get a free breakfast thrown in for less than half. Clean place and staff was nice. Cute lobby.

Hotel was clean, Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the room was set to full blast fan and was 58 degrees when we got in it. Had to blast the heat to warm it up and took over an hour. The thermostat is on unit and attached to the window, which was drafty. So when I set it to auto, the draft would constantly kick the heat on, which got too warm overnight.

Great stay! First time staying here - normally stay at others nearby, but decided to give this one a chance. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location great for Opry mills. Breakfast for sufficient for us. Evening check-in receptionist was very nice. Will stay here again

Amazing place
We were vary pleased all the way around. We booked last minute with no hassle, the room was very clean, the breakfast was hot and the staff was vary helpful and friendly. Other than my husband accidentally scaring her they were amazing. Would definitely recommend. The next time we go back to Nashville definitely going to book there.

The check in girls were fantastic and welcoming - shuttle downtown was cheaper than an Uber - the room was great and the bed was comfortable (pillows too) We didn’t eat breakfast there but looked ok - definitely will stay again on use next trip!! Super close to Nashville Palace too!

Reservation date confusion
We had extended our stay by 1 night, but some hiccup in the system didn’t add a day it just shifted our stay up. This lead to some confusion about our time/date of checking out. Staff did work to resolve the situation with us, but no real apology for mixing up the check out date. We were able to switch rooms and had a place to stay, but can’t say it would be my first choice for a place to stay next time I’m in town.
