The hotel said no rooms were available by phone and internet. Ended up booking this business trip through hotels.com. The room rate was the same as posted on the Marriott site but I won't get rewards points because of where it was booked. Now to the hotel. I was given a key to room 266. There is no room 266 - it was supposed to be 226. The room was clean however the bath tub faucet ran non-stop and the bed was impossible to sleep in. At 300 per night I expect a little more attention to detail. I have had better experiences at hotels with rates less than 100 per night.
