Beautiful hotel

Pros: I loved having a balcony! It was nice to sit outside and relax in a somewhat private manner.
Cons: I didn't like that the pool wasn't open when I was there. As a swimmer, I was looking forward to swimming and was upset when I couldn't.
Location: I visited Cooter's and Yazoo Brewing. I ate at Opryland Backstage Grill.
I had a great experience at this hotel. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and extremely helpful. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Nashville.

Absolutely loved this hotel!

This was my fiancée and mine first time in Nashville. We just stayed one night here while we waited for our friends to come down. They were very accommodating and super friendly. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and they let us have a later checkout then their normal policy because of the times our friends are coming. If we come back to Nashville we will definitely stay here again!

Everything was very good. The bed pointed sideways of the tv, and that was a little odd. The coffee maker had only one regular coffee and no cream/sugar available. Front desk staff was wonderful.

Friendly check-in!!!

At check-in I realized the room was slightly smaller than requested. The clerk did everything in her power to help resolve the issue. Would definitely stay there again.

A fantastic hotel! Extremely immaculate as if no-one has ever stayed there! The staff is extremely courteous, pleasant and professional. My husband and I look forward to coming back to Nashville again and staying here. For those of you who have not been to Tennessee, the kindest people we have ever met on our travels!
