The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The location is good and the hotel offers a shuttle upon request, to take you downtown. It's a short drive there, where there's lots of action, i.e., the Bridgestone and other cool places. The Opry Mills (shopping) is only 15 minutes away (not downtown) and this is also where the Grand Ole Opry is (they share parking... Huge lot). The Claim Jumper in the mall was a good place to eat. The hotel needs an ATM though!! Also... Housekeeping missed us one day -not sure what happened there. The eatery in the hotel has limited hours.

I'm so glad you were able to use the local shuttle, Monarch, to get downtown easily. We are lucky to have such a great partner to provide that service to our guests. I'm terribly sorry housekeeping did not service your room. We are looking into the reason and will address to ensure it does not happen to anyone else.
