Good choice for an overnight stay during the business trip. Staff is knowlgeable, rooms are clean, plenty of parking. I will be back

I didn't know courtyards didn't have continental breakfast. Had to pay for breakfast.

Nice Place

The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The location is good and the hotel offers a shuttle upon request, to take you downtown. It's a short drive there, where there's lots of action, i.e., the Bridgestone and other cool places. The Opry Mills (shopping) is only 15 minutes away (not downtown) and this is also where the Grand Ole Opry is (they share parking... Huge lot). The Claim Jumper in the mall was a good place to eat. The hotel needs an ATM though!! Also... Housekeeping missed us one day -not sure what happened there. The eatery in the hotel has limited hours.

I'm so glad you were able to use the local shuttle, Monarch, to get downtown easily. We are lucky to have such a great partner to provide that service to our guests. I'm terribly sorry housekeeping did not service your room. We are looking into the reason and will address to ensure it does not happen to anyone else. Close to the stadium

Pros: Area, staff, very clean
Cons: Maybe not keep the lobby so cold
Location: Everything was close by, downtown, stadium.
Nice hotel that was close to Nissan stadium. Great time visiting Nashville and seeing a game at Nissan stadium. Staff was good too. The lobby was a little cold for me but I am always cold.

Hotel was in a decent location, we really enjoyed the shuttle service. Only wish it offered a complementary breakfast. Beds were very comfy.

Our hotel is only 15 minutes from all the action downtown and Monarch shuttle makes it super simple to get back and forth. Thank you for choosing us!

Pros: Close to the airport, has a pool
Cons: - Include breakfast - Body wash - Umbrellas by the pool
Location: Close to the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall
- Breakfast not included - No umbrellas by the pool for the lounge chairs - No body wash provided - Very small vanity space
