There are roaches in the rooms. Rooms dirty. They never cleaned the whole week I stayed. Drugs everywhere and just not a good place to go. Expecally with kids or pets. Someone abandoned a poor dog when I went there just left him all beat up for hours on end. They had to call the pound to get him. Everyone is loud. No respect, went for work. Unpleasant experience

There are roaches everywhere! There is a literal knife stab hole in the fridge door. There are no towels or anything. The front desk lobby is closed at night so you can’t get help or towels or even check in late because no one is there working. The floors are so dirty especially in the corners light fixtures broke/ cracked. Our second room had no power our third was suppose to be none smoking it smelled so bad we went and got 4 air-fresheners (before we saw roaches. Our first room was suppose to be handy cap but they said they over booked and it wasn’t available. They said they weiuls give us a room with a shower and a queen bed it’s not a queen it’s a small bed. And a horrible one at that just a thin mattress on a metal frame. Nothing about this place is ok.

The staff that checked me in were helpful but this place is a disaster. The shower head was leaking and would not stop dripping. The floor of the bathroom was soaking wet. I was worried that it would drain into the room below. The tv remote had dead batteries and was held together with electrical tape. The room smelled bad like smoke and other odors. Noisy neighbors outside at all hours. On a positive note, The sheets seemed clean and the bed was nicely made.

No fresh linens the whole stay
We stayed for a week and the first night my toilet flooded so I had to use the towels to clean the water and then they never came to bring fresh linens. The key card kept not working, and since office hours are only from 11-7pm I was ocked out my room for 2 hours. The room itself was lopsided.

The staff other than 2 guys that work there were rude, and impatient, and clearly shouldn’t be working in the hospitality industry. They don’t answer their phone, n I cleaned the floor, n left the place spotless n still haven’t refunded me my $50 deposit. Absolutely one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at!

The one lady at the counter was amazing she was always willing to help but I do wish I would of knew it was where people lived and I would of booked elsewhere and I also had a disabled friend who needed the elevator and we were on the third level and the elevator was down I had a hard time getting towels and there was bugs

Our room was not clean. When we walked in you could feel a film on the floor like it was once covered in dirt. There were dead bugs around the room and some crawling in the shower. We tried toughing it out for the night but eneded up switching hotels when we started feeling itchy in the bed

There was significant loitering around the facility both during the day and night. There were animals even though there was a no animal policy. There were stains on the bedding. Although there was a kitchenet there were no dishes to include plastic cups for water. There were two microwaves and neither seemed to work. Probably will not stay here again.

WORSE MOTEL/HOTEL EVER i have more pictures
The place was trash you had multiple dumpsters that have not been dumped... from top to bottom the building the ground was covered in dirt broken glass... to scared to take the elavator tried to take it one time and it is kinda scary tried to take it again and it wouldnt not close the door and it wouldn't go down... glass on the ground... no hotel keys you had to go in and out the window... there master key is a crow bar... the rooms were torn up the queen bed was not a quenn at all mold on the shower in the foset in the knob of the shower head the shower was dirty the shower curtain had mold on it the shower curtain was dirty the towels even tho they washed them they were still dirty.. i did not feel safe in that place especially not having a room key card... heaven for bid if your car dies and you need a jump the WORKERS WILL NOT HELP.... they will tell you oh well my car has to many problems or i work here but im just visiting so i cant help you... this place is unbelievably disgusting so many complaints and bad reviews yet nothing has been done... what is wrong with you people

I For the most part DON'T Compose Criticism yet this necessities to take serious. This is place is poo.. Try not to COME TO THIS Spot. Check In : 3:00 PM Look at : 12PM No possibility for check in early the individual on the front work area should be leave with a goal of not aiding the spot is likewise undependable and you can hear individuals talking entire evening making meddling and the bathroom isn't perfect extremely terrible stench in room kindly Don't BOOK.

It was cheap and that is only good thing. Door lock changed physically when we checked in No toilet paper, soap, shampoo or conditioner was provided. Floors and counter tops were filthy so I asked for a mop and git my own toilet paper. I cleaned floors and countertops myself. There was no plug for kitchen sink and the tap spout pulled out of the fitting. Bathroom sink the stopper hardly worked and the sink took 15 min to drain. Expedia should nit even have it on their list. Lady and check in guy were helpful, towels were clean, bed was clean and comfortable. Only 1 night stay as my money was taken by Expedia

Horrible experience. We got there and was told that they gave away our room coz they overbooked. Told us to go to a different hotel. We had a long flight and ended up in that situation, had to pay for uber to get there and then to another hotel that we had to book on the spot.

After booking the property we contacted the property to inform them that we would be arriving after midnight. We were informed that was not an issue and that we needed to just call upon our arrival. We arrived (urber dropped us off), called, and were informed we did not have a room, regardless of showing them the room confirmation. He did not care and walked away sayin they did not have a room. Basically, we did not have a room at 1:00am, could not call an Uber because we did not know where we were going, everywhere we called was booked, and the location and area was horrible and unsafe. The worst experience we have ever had and would never recommend this location to anyone.

Do not stay here
This place is really set-up as an extended stay place. It is not very clean, there are NO extras. We had to go buy our own towels, trash bags, ect. The beds were not comfortable and I'm not really sure that the sheets had even been washed. The shower floor was cracked and we saw three roaches. Inside of the microwave was just gross.

Booked room for 2 nights 2 days in advance. Check in was 3:00. Got in room at 3:15 and room wasnt cleaned yet. Bed unmade, trash in room, bathroom dirty. Smelled of beer and smoke. Left and came back that night. Room still untouched. Office was closed or I would have requested another room. I inconvenienced a family member and stayed with them. Went back tonight to check on car and see if room had been cleaned. No, still untouched. Office closed. Not staying there

This property is definitely not for families or anyone by themselves. The room we stayed in the first night was terrible! It smelled like stale cigarettes and body odor. The sheets had not been changed and had spots on them. There was no vent in the bathroom. Just a big hole in the ceiling. The shower was gross and had not been cleaned. There were people living there and they were all shady looking. The people that were next door started screaming and fighting at midnight. There were people just hanging around outside. The floors were super nasty and I wouldn't walk on them without shoes on. We ended up getting moved into a different room and got refunded for one night. They guy and girl working at the front desk were really nice. They were very accomodating and tried their best to help us. They are trying to renovate the place but they need to get rid of the shady people living there. They don't tell you on the website about people living there.
