Location is in a good part of town, The staff were all friendly and helpful. Beds are very soft, with a lot of pillows. The food for breakfast and dinner were always very good. The only complaint I have is some of the dishes that were brought out (supposed to be clean) still had dry food on them.

Very close to BNA and a free shuttle. Room was clean if typical, staff was very friendly & helpful. Bit noisy at certain times from airplanes taking off or landing, but good overall.

Hotel very clean, staff very friendly, helpful. I would give it all 5 stars, but there is a small hot water problem. Takes a lifetime to get hot. Really wish they would address this. The property is older but the staff and cleanliness is outstanding

Pros: Convenient, clean, friendly staff, secured parking lot, Hot water in room, decent shower pressure, soap/shampoo dispensers, Hot breakfast that was delicious ,hot tub, and pool. Cons: Beds were EXTRA soft and the pillows were extra flat with no support. The toilet was caddy corner which made it awkward closing the door.
