First of all we paid for the room in advance traveled five hours and when we go there had to pay again or not have a room because the hotel management said we never paid even though we had proof and Expedia called and said yes you were paid. So now we are having to go through a whole headache to get our money back. Manager was rude and refused to give extra pillow, threw a fit because we ask for more towels (wanted us to share I guess) threw a fit over having to give bathroom tissue. Management had tv in room set to kick off every thirty mins and we were constantly having to turn tv back on and there was no way to fix it because they had a lock code so you couldn't take timer off. Management was very rude and raising his voice every time we had to ask a question.
