We enjoyed our stay. Staff was super friendly as soon as we pulled into the drive. Shuttle to downtown establishments was super convenient. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby for happy hour and yummy breakfast. Great stay!

The shuttles are great with very friendly drivers! The manager was always cleaning up around lobby. He seemed very friendly and conscientious!! Breakfast and happy hour are awesome! Great place😊

Hot breakfast with a omelette bar! Shuttle anywhere within 3 miles, quiet rooms, not busy like the honhytonk area, free happy hour with snack, some cool bars with music close by, restaurants close by as well.

It is still in a great location, yet away from the loudness of downtown. It does offer a downtown shuttle, although I didn't use it this trip. Complimentary breakfast, plus drinks in the evening are very nice. The beds are super comfortable.

Toe Hotel was excellent. Well run, clean, spacious. The restaurant was woefully understaffed. It shouldn’t take over an hour to get a burger.

Our stay was great! This property is about a 10 minute drive to downtown Broadway but a shuttle is provided. The shuttle was conviene and saved us lots of money on Ubers! The Ubers were not expensive though. This property is also walking distance to a Hattie B’s hot chicken and White Limozeen. Great safe property. Also complementary drinks are given at “happy hour.” Overall would recommend!

The hotel is in a great spot with really good service. The rooms are nice, and the breakfast is tasty. Having a happy hour is a nice extra that guests enjoy.

I loved staying here for 4 nights, it was very easy to get to the downtown area, and took the shuttle from the hotel to the downtown area it was very convenient and easy

What a great stay! If you are going to Nashville this Embassy Suites is the one. Best value for the money! All staff are excellent. Valet Driver Tony is 5 stars. I say 5 Stars because 6 isn’t an option. He is friendly, trustworthy and super dependable and informative. A added plus is Hattie B”s Hot Chicken is right across the street. You owe it to yourself to try this Chicken. The Valet parking is super easy and affordable for the value. The Managers reception and Breakfast are excellent. Highly recommend

Terrible sttay. Hotel is full of pets everywhere. Breakfast never had enough food. There was always people waiting around for the trays to be filled. Thermostat in the room was not working. Will never stay there again.

Awesome hotel.
Hotel was convenient to Broadway with shuttle service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly too. Pet friendly as well. Breakfast everyday as well, lots of choices and good coffee.

Overall our experience went well. However, I decided to try the omlette station for breakfast one morning, and asked for a simple ham and cheese omlette I sqaw the cook grab a scoop of what was supposed to be ham and throw it on the griddle. It was Grey, and looked like it was very old. I took the completed dish to my table and folded it open. The smell of old meat was overpowering and made me gag. I began to notice other food items that were potential red flags after this, the "fresh" fruit looked frozen and old, scrambled eggs were not completely cooked.. etc. I think if they updated their food strage and handling they would definately be a choice location.
