Accommodations not accommodating.

Customer service was the real issue. Booked this property as back up for flight issues. The front desk clerk knew it was my problem to work out. It was clearly expressed since I booked with Expedia. Told me to call Expedia and would not budge on 3pm checkin. I did not use the room. Money lost on a priceless lesson.

Hotel from a Horror Movie

Pros: The staff at the front desk was accommodating.
Cons: Room odor, new mattresses and bedding
Although the staff at Extended Stay America Nashville - Airport was courteous and pleasing, the experience inside the room was not. The first room I was assigned was supposedly a non-smoking room. I had to sign a waiver stating I would not smoke in the room. However, entering the room, the smell of smoke was overpowering. The bed was made with a dingy white comforter and what appeared to be a blood stain near the edge of the comforter. The bed itself had a sizable dip in the middle of the mattress indicting that it was well worm. After calling the front office to request a new room, the staff was quick to oblige and even came to my room to offer me new keys to an adjacent room. The second room was not much better than the first. Although the second room did not smell of smoke, it did, however, smell strongly of burnt sausage. The bed covering was the same dingy white, minus the blood stain. The lighting was poor. The overall experience was so displeasing that I stayed only long enough to change out of my work clothes. I left less than an hour after arriving and made plans to stay somewhere else. I am not very particular about my hotel rooms. I only require cleanliness and safety in any room that I stay in. Extended Stay America Nashville - Airport, did not meet either of those requirements.

Nice hotel. Easy access.

I've stayed at this location several times. It's very nice with laundry facilities on site. I love the fact I can cook on the stove top and have food in the frig.

Very nice hotel. It is being renovated due to age, but it is very nice. Staff is excellent. Very accommodating.

Excellent staff. Hotel is tired.

Cons: Remodel.
Location: Nothing really near by.
Compared to other Extended Stay America hotels I stayed at around the country, this one is basically a worn out motel with too much cover up make up. The staff is friendly, good service. But the rooms are a "forced OK". Hard to find lobby which is basically a converted room hidden from plain view.

Convenient Hotel For Shopping!

The room itself was renovated and nice and clean however the outside had trash and was very dirty everywhere. Also cleaning service didn't knock and tried to enter room while we were still in bed!

No hot water in shower. Never again
