Staff differ on payment options
Posted Mar 15, 2016
The rooms are clean and up to date. There aren't any elevators so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs if you're on the 3rd floor.
The only problem I've had is the payment options. I've stayed multiple times and I've payed multiple ways including cash. This past time I was asked to put down a 100.00 cash deposit because I was paying cash for the room. I offered my credit card as collateral and was told that was unacceptable. I had previously been allowed to do this.
When I attempted to check out the next morning around 6am, there was no one at the counter, so I was unable to get my deposit back. I came back that afternoon and was advised that my deposit had been mailed to me. The clerk could not verify to what address and he could not refund it to me in person even though I was standing in front of him. I provided my correct address and will update this review as to whether I receive anything without taking further action. I wont be staying again.
