Excellent with awesome bar!

Excellent in every way. It was beautiful, clean with the most couteous staff I have experienced in some time. They have an awesome bar and bar tender. We were in Nashville for a medical emergency. Our long days at the hospital were exhausting. Coming back to the hotel in the evening provided us a wonderful opportunity to unwind and relax. I've already recommended to two other family members who have utilized.

Only stayed one night and did not spend much time on property. I can tell you that parking is an issue should have at least one spot for every room, also, where we did park didn't feel safe and the entrance we could have used was out of order so had to walk to front entrance, there was a cleaning staff crying and still working (so kudos for her to keep working ?) however, the staff was didn't seen to care and not sure of issue in our room but all lamps and clock was unplugged. Of course, people always notice the not do nice things but was not there long and staff that did interact with didn't really have time to WOW my experience.

Nice hotel, very tranquil

I booked this hotel last minute, but the staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was nice and welcoming and seemed to have a lot going on (bar was full, and restuarant seemed to be good). My room was even better than expected and was extremely peaceful. I slept wonderfully and had no problems checking out. Great stay

Just fine

Pros: Beds were comfortable..bathroom just fine with easy cleaning soaps and shampoos inside shower dispensers....
Cons: Offer a complimentary breakfast........breakfast manager not appealing.
Close access to downtown...quiet....no free breakfast.....free Wifi......smallish property......nothing extraordinary.

Cons: that woman on the night shift
Location: we were on our way to airport ..close to airport
I was so disappointed with my stay. first time staying there..last time staying there.!! the night shift was rude. early at 06;00 I made coffee and my husband spilled his coffee on the table. after cleaning up the coffee I went to desk to ask for another filter of coffee .I STOOD AT THE DESK FOR APPRO 3 MINS WHILE SHE TALKED WITH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE ABOUT WHO WAS BABY SITTING FOR HER THAT DAY , THEN SHE ADDED SHE WAS WAITING HER TIME " TO CLOCK OUT' SHE LOOKED TOWARD ME AND .AFTER A LOOK THAT WOULD HAVE KILLED AN ELPHANT SHE SAID" I GUESS I HAVE TO GO". I ASKED FOR ONE FILTER OF COFFEE. "I CAN'T GIVE U ONE..OUT OF COFFEE"-(-GIVE ME A BREAK) .I WOULD HAVE GLADELY PAID BUT AFTER HER LOOK I WAS SCARED TO EVEN OFF. I asked for a card from hotel.OUT OF THOSE TOO!!

One suggestion. The rooms seem a little dark. Perhaps adding a ceiling light would be helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly.

Poor service, no extras

We had a large group of people staying in two rooms. We requested (two weeks prior) for early check in. This was ignored even though they said they would record it. We finally got into one room. The TV never worked. The room smelled funny. Breakfast was expensive for what you get. Every lady I spoke to at the front desk acted as though she hated being there and just couldn't accommodate any request. We wanted an extra key, wanted the reserved rooms near each other, etc with no capable response. Just poor service. We attempted to coordinate and put two rooms near one another by booking months in advance and voicing our requests. The hotel said they would acknowledge them, but when we showed up they were baffled and acted like that was just not feasible. Same with the early checkin. We planned, asked ahead of time, were told they would accommodate, and then were left waiting in the lobby until something finally opened.

One night stay. We had an issue with our reservation and the staff was very accommodating. Thanks to them, everything worked out fine.
