I called the hotel that morning to confirm an early check in (3pm instead of 4pm) and was assured that we would have no problem . We arrived at the hotel at 3:01pm and was told that we would be put on a waiting list for check in. I explained that we had called ahead of time and the front desk young lady very rudely told me that early check in was not a guarantee. ,The front desk staff should be able to handle any situation in a professional and courteous manner, if they cannot, then they are the wrong person to greet the customer-they are your first impression. I would have rated this hotel at the highest level had your front staff been a little friendlier.
