Check in was late and staff was rude

I called ahead of time for an early check in and was told there would be no problem with that. When we arrived they said they were behind and only 1 person was working the desk and there were 15+ people in line. There were 3 open computers that weren't being used. Normal check in was at 4pm, well that came and went. There were 30+ people sitting around the lobby all waiting to be checked in. Finally at 4:40pm we were able to get our room keys. After 8 hours in the car I was not happy. Then they charged me $6 for a cup of milk to give my toddler before bed. It didn't even fill half his sippy cup. What a joke. Last time we stayed here they're was construction going on all night and we got very little sleep. For $235 a night for a standard king room I expect a hell of a lot more. We will NEVER stay here again.

Felt like a 5 star hotel without the expense. Can highly recommend. Very clean and roomy.

Nice hotel close to my family

Had to stay in Franklin instead of Nashville to be closer to family. Had a great time. Service was great. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Pros: The sale water pool, spacious lobby and rooms and the service
Cons: Cleanliness in bathroom. Looked like some quick fix decorating to upgrade but tub & shower showed signs of old mold. We needed to ask for new soap
Location: It was a business location convenient to restaurants and into historic Franklin. We toured historic spots and went to Opry Mills outlet stores too. I'
The staff especially Sonny & Lance on Shuttle and Liz at breakfast were excellent

Love the hotel, great location and the room was very clean. I would stay there again!
