Pros: I loved the location..close to Belmont and close to restaurants and shops.
Cons: Parking was a nightmare.
Was moving my daughter into college, overall a nice hotel. Needs a few updates and the elevator had a hole in the floor and only one was working.

Great location!

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Exhaust fans in bathrooms!
Location: Centennial Park and Parthenon, Music Row, Vanderbilt University, free shuttle to downtown Nashville bars and souvenir shops
This hotel is situated within walking distance to Centennial Park, where you can see the Parthenon, to beautiful Vanderbilt University, and to Music Row Recording Studios. They offer a free shuttle to downtown where you can visit bars, souvenir shops, candy shops. I rated the room cleanliness and comfort an ok because the room was a bit musty smelling which could be due to high humidity in Nashville, and there was no exhaust fan in bathroom which I found odd.

Dated

Pros: Location is not bad. Shuttle to downtown is handy. Quick to get you a taxi.
Cons: New carpet, paint. The whole place just didn't smell good.
We felt closed in with the whole set up. No large rooms very cramped by the check-in desk and "breakfast area". Hotel was dirty and while they claim to be "smoke free" our room smelled of cigarettes. Bed was not comfortable. Went to the Chiropractor as soon as we got home. Our room was very noisy. Loud door slams all through the night and the noise from traffic outside was disturbing. Trying to get change from big bills was difficult.

The rooms were small making it difficult to even get out of the bed. Parking was tights, ran out of spaces one night. Shuttle was available and we used it. We also took our own car as the wait for the shuttle was very long on some occasions.

Great hotel for our stay

Posted Jul 22, 2015
We loved the convenience of the shuttle. He took us right to Broadway and 5th. We called for a pick up and he was there in 10 mins like he said. The pool was great. With fluffy towels and lounge chairs. The breakfast was the same as at all Hamptons, which is good since I'm traveling with three kids. The only drawback was the very loud guests at 2:30-3:30 in morning in the hallways. I wish that the could put families on one floor and party goers on another. (In a perfect world).
