The room was very out dated. The mattress pad and fitted sheet was very worn out, thus not fitted. The shower ceiling was leaking. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast staff were supers as well. The rooms need updated!!
Very quiet and clean property. I would stay again!

After checking in when arrived to my room the pull out couch was half way pulled out broken to the point it would not close. Went to reception desk lady said they knew it was broke. I asked what she could do because my grand son needed to sleep on the pull out bed. She offered a roll away bed and points added to my account. Upon going back to my room I found the refrigerator or microwave did not work told housekeeping with yet no reaction from property. The rollaway was tied together with plastic bag because the hinge was missing. I have stayed at this location in the past with no issues. I never received any points for all the inconvenience after being told I would.

Very nice Hampton Inn would recommend and will plan my next trip around Hampton Inns very impressed. Very good continental breakfast also. Thank you Hampton Inn for making are stay a great experience.
Hotel property was top notch employee was friendly and tries his best only problem was system to check me in was slow not working properly then same problem with key card not working . Employee had to walk me up to let me into room. This was not ideal for me because I had no in and out privileges or access to hotel if there wasn't an employee after a check in hours I don't know.

My wife and I love the location, and convenience. This Hampton Inn is very clean and well kept. What we didn't like was the lack of housekeeping available Saturday. My wife and I had to clean our own room to include taking out our trash and changing out our own towels. Breakfast service was also late Saturday morning, limited selection to choose from.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy check in. Comfy bed. Towels smelled freshly laundered and that invigorating smell after a nice hot shower made for a great night sleep.

Hotel overall was great. Only tick was that breakfast was late in opening and the food was luke warm when it did open. Otherwise a great stay.

As you know, Tennessee was affected by the winter storm and several staff members had issues with commuting safely into work. We lost electricity 2 hours after checked in and could not shower during our stay. There was a huge blood stain on curtains. There was a wad of hair in the fridge.

A very good hotel in Mount Juliet. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped with amenities, nice breakfast in house, coffee machines in lobby area 24/7, parking convenient, nice staff.
We loved our one night stay. Easy access to shops and fuel station. Food delivery was fast. Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was very clean and staff friendly. Wonder breakfast options including pumpkin spice waffles
There was shopping amd restaurants within a short distance of the hotel. The property itself was relatively quiet and the staff was nice and very welcoming and the rooms and hotel were clean.
This property is convenient and easy to find. It is clean and well kept up. I appreciated being allowed a half hour early check in, which was sorely needed.
There isn't as much space for pets to take care of their business and to walk, but what is here is very well-kept up, with plenty of necessary bags (although I always have my own).
My only serious concern is trying to reach the front desk. The phone in the room does not work. The number for the front desk is not posted on either their website or on Expedia materials emailed to me.
But they did have a card at the front desk that I was able to pick up and keep with me during my stay.
So far, it's been a good experience overall.

Indoor pool was not heated. Advised of this twice and still was not heated so was not able to swim. Lights in bathroom not working properly.
