A clean and comfortable stay. The only complaint my kids had was the waffle maker was broken and there was not a lot of options for breakfast. The staff was very nice and responsive to any need we had.

Great place to stay. Little pricey but convenient location. Only complaint was the family that let their kids run from two different rooms and being extremely loud until 11:30 pm. That has nothing to do with this hotel. Just inconsiderate people

Bathroom needed to be cleaned better. There were hairs on the floor and the tub had some places where it needed to be cleaned a bit better. A little disappointed the waffle maker was out of service but also heard the normal breakfast person was in the hospital on a vent. I hope that person gets better. Appreciated the people who were making the breakfast happen at 6am. Overall a good stay.

The room was fine and the staff friendly. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Our only complaints were: 1. Our first night someone across the hall had a dog in their room that was whining late into the night. Hotel staff knocked on our door to ask if we had the dog, but it was pretty clear from the sound in the hallway which room it was coming from. 2. Later in the week, a high school sports team came to the hotel and were running up and down the halls and knocked on our door late at night a few times. 3. Our keycards stopped working twice and had to be reset. 4. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. The first day we were there the waffle maker broke and was never fixed (we stayed for 5 days). On days 4-5, all of the juice was either diluted or straight up plain water coming out of the spouts.

The king suite had very poor lighting. All the lights were very dim. TV had closed captioning on and the remote wouldn’t change that. The hot tub was less than desirable, more like a Luke warm bath. They said there was no way to turn on the jets, so we skipped it all together. Otherwise for our purposes there it was just fine.

The comfortable bed and bedding, simply outstanding. Considering the multiple ways in which criminals are using to get into hotel rooms, I was very glad I brought my security door stick. Using it, I felt more confident in my safety. The spaces on either side of the door and at the floor are exactly what criminals use for ease of access. I put a towel on the floor by the door to seal the space and I hung garments on the door hinges to block those spaces, too. Please, make the effort to seal up any spaces to avoid any possible security issues for your guests.

Very clean and quiet. Loved the spacious and well designed room. As usual, very good breakfast. Just a little weird for such a well-designed hotel it only had one elevator.

No hot water!!
Upon arrival we were informed that the motel did not have hot water. Because we arranged our stay through a third party, they would not discount or refund. It was one of the more expensive motels we stayed in. Other than that issue, we enjoyed our stay(even with a cold shower).

Clean, comfy, and the staff was very friendly! My only gripe is that the air freshener/fragrance they use in the lobby and rooms is so strong my husband and I both got headaches from it and had respiratory discomfort as well. Aside from that, everything was perfect, the area seems very safe and nice, and it’s an easy on/off the expressway.
