Great location to downtown stay was great.

Pros: food was very good and great priced very good value for your dollar.
Cons: nothing
Location: Thats what I really liked about the hotel everything is within walking distance.
Paulia was out standing you have a great employee with great people skills.

Fabulous hotel in the middle of downtown.

We were in Nashville for only a day and a half. The Hilton was beautiful, well staffed. Our room was comfortable, and modern with great bed, pillows, and bathroom. Loved that there was good coffee in the morning on our floor.......walked out to get it in pajamas!

Good location

I booked three nights with access to the executive lounge, Thursday thru Saturday nights. Thursday we went for appetizers in the lounge and they had tiny vegetable spring rolls and small wontons. The beer and wine were not included. I've stay at many hotels where the happy hour was 100% better. The "breakfast" spread had tiny fruit cups, granola bars and very small biscuits. Friday night the appetizer was a tiny crab cake and there were literally two of them out . The kicker was when I went down Saturday morning the door was barred shut and when I asked the front desk I was told the lounge was closed on the weekends!! That was not mentioned when I booked the room and paid extra for the access to the lounge. The worst experience ever I would reccomend another not so over priced hotel that actually cares for its patrons!

Clean, Nice hotel centrally located to everything. The rooms are a great value for their size.

Hilton Downtown Nashville

This was our second time staying here. Know that if there is a big event nearby (say, a Predators game) the evening of your stay, you will be awakened numerous times in the night by all those folks getting back to their rooms late (and often, loud and drunk).... the quietness of the room and the layout seem to amplify the noise from the halls. I probably didn't get to sleep until 3am once all the door slamming stopped!

Way too expensive!

Cons: Normal rates like other cities.
The Downtown Hilton is way too expensive. It's the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in, even comparing it to NYC. And...every little thing costs extra while staying there. Some other Nashville downtown hotels are expensive, too. It's like they have all 'price set' the hotel rates. Not nice.

It's walking distance from there Main Street.

The hotel is really good. I staff and housekeeping. Everything is walking distance on Broadway Street. You had to pay public parking while you stay at the hotel, or Pay valet parking it cost $34 a day.

The stay was perfect from beginning to end. The professionalism shown by every member of the staff at this hotel was impeccable! We were there 4 days and everything went perfectly. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this stay was the best I have ever experienced! The location for everything downtown was within walking distance.
