The staff at this location were phenomenal. The facility is beautiful.

Coda Cottage is a charming place to stay when visiting the Franklin/Leipers Fork area. From the cottage you can easily walk to all the little shops and eating establishments in Leipers Fork and after a short drive you can visit historic Franklin or enjoy the beauty of the Natchez Trace.
The common areas were fresh and new, including the gym and swimming pool. I loved the huge walk-in shower and fluffy bed! I would stay here again.
Very cozy and comfortable. Would definitely go back
House was as advertised. Nice big bedrooms & plenty of bathrooms. Enjoyed our stay here
