Hard to Find

Nice hotel but difficult to find, it is located behind an Ashley store. The GPS will take you to the road but you have to know to turn into the shopping plaza and follow the road around to the back.

Pros: Service was excellent . Comfortable bed. Location was convenient to Franklin. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate.
Cons: Room was tiny and bathroom was so small for two people .
Location: Location was fine.

perfect, clean and nice hotel. breakfast was fine. very quiet. Front desk staff were exceptional.

The room and hotel were fine and comfortable. But the hotels.com page and even the in room information binder was misleading on several counts; particularly the fitness center which ended up being 2 horrible treadmills, an elliptical and a bike in a tiny room with nary a sign of the advertised free weights. The pool was also tiny, but alright. A perfectly fine hotel for a business stay over but not ideal for a getaway or even on-the-cheap vacation.

the room was clean,but the moisture in the room was high and it made the carpet feel sticky and there was a little mold in the bathroom

One night stay

Pros: Location
Cons: The directional signs from the interstate were not good and were not lighted at night. Hard to find even tho it was next to the interstate

We were comfortable enough, the room's air conditioner worked but it created a very wet carpet in front of it. I was concerned then about possible mold buildup.. Since it was so late we stayed where we were. The hotel would not accept our loyalty club account number for this hotel, which was a disappointment. I told them I would choose another hotel in the future because of this, he seemed not to care. There was a bad stain on the side wall of the shower, where it looked like tiles were missing
