One night stay

We were comfortable enough, the room's air conditioner worked but it created a very wet carpet in front of it.
I was concerned then about possible mold buildup.. Since it was so late we stayed where we were.
The hotel would not accept our loyalty club account number for this hotel, which was a disappointment.
I told them I would choose another hotel in the future because of this, he seemed not to care.
There was a bad stain on the side wall of the shower, where it looked like tiles were missing
