Good location, short walk to all that downtown has to offer, from live music to museums and great restaurants. Hotel is cozy, clean, and loved the free afternoon snacks in the lobby. Elevator a little slow.

Nashville tripPosted Aug 23, 2015
Great room and very near the Nashville strip. Like the fact that breakfast came with the stay and the staff were very friendly. I will stay there next time to. It's the best price hotel near the strip.

Good LocationPosted Aug 23, 2015
Good location. Smell of sewer in elevators and halls is terrible! Very average rooms... Nothing special. Fairly high priced for room quality.

This hotel should be condemned!!Posted Aug 21, 2015
Lack of parking for hotel guests, the parking garage, elevators and lobby smell of sewer gas!!! The staff is extremely slow and it takes forever to check in!! The room was filthy dirty and the tub filled up with water while I was showering, called the front desk and after 1 hour and 20 minutes no one came to unclog the drain!! Needless to say we got The Hell Out of There!!! What dump!!!!

Great location. Close to all the action.Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: The location and staff are great.
Cons: I wish they had a place to fill up water bottles in addition to handing out the 8oz ones at the desk.
Location: Broadway, Centennial Park, downtown Nashville, and Vanderbilt University are all very close.
It was my first trip to Nashville, and I wanted to stay close to all the action on Broadway. I wasn't sure how close this actually was to the hub of everything by just looking on a map, but I am very pleased with this hotel. I was in town for a long weekend trip, and after I parked the car, I did not have to use it again until leaving for home. Everything is within a short walk including the bar scene on Broadway, Centennial Park, and Vanderbilt. I was more than happy with the hotel staff too. One of the friendliest staff I've ever stayed with. The gym facility is very nice, and the breakfast was very good too. They have free water, fruit, and lollipops 24/7 and a free shuttle service that is very convenient.

good value and location for the pricePosted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: so very close to so many of the sites and sounds....music within walking distance, capitol, museums, good food
Cons: center elevator and 7th floor hall when you got off was smelly...like sewer, foul
Location: everything we did exvept Gen. Jackson and Opry Hotel...so we took taxi
Great breakfasts, warm food, choices for all tastes. Good that you had a pool, computer access we used your van several times per day cookies in afternoon, pancakes at night were a welcome treat gift shop had what we needed our room had 2 double beds, would have liked a wider bed for the two of us, was fine for 1 person

Stinky hallways and hidden feesPosted Aug 18, 2015
I booked the room for 5 people. No where did it state that they were going to charge me $30 a day for the extra bed until I went to check in. At check in I was informed of the extra bed charge per day on top of the thirty dollars per day for the extra person. When all was said an done they didn't have enough roll away beds and gave us an air mattress and weren't charged. On top of all of this the hallways espically by the elevator smelled horrible like bad sewage and the elevators even stunk. If I come back to Nashville I will probably not stay at this hotel.

Great location for walking downtownPosted Aug 16, 2015
Great location for walking down to the heart of it all on Broadway. The hotel lobby is beautiful but the guest rooms definitely need some attention, especially the bathrooms and hallways. Our door wouldn't close or open without a little muscle.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. All of these, besides the great location, made our trip to Nashville a great one!
