Unprofessional staff, pool area was filthy, entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and was not well maintained. There was an extremely loud noise at night- it must have either been trains or airplanes. It was so loud, it woke me up several times.

Only issue I had was flooring outside of the bathroom was very slippery with something like maybe lotion or soap residue. I had to wipe it in the area with tissue. But other than that it was a nice and comfortable stay. Breakfast and snacks were good!

When driving, our room was very musty. Our pull out mattress was full of stains, the couch cushions to the couch were full of stains, the floor was dirty. For the price we paid, would have been nice to have cleanliness

This facility lives up to the high rating on Expedia. Clean, well maintained and modern, it makes for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is one of the best we've experienced. The staff are friendly, professional and courteous. There is a convenience store within 2 min walk, as well as fast food restaurants. Stores and higher end dining within a few minutes drive. Only shortfall is the grounds are covered in empty liquor bottles and several less than reputable folks walking the area made my wife feel unsafe without escort after dusk

This hotel had 6 or eight free EV chargers, most of which were 40-amp Tesla chargers with EV parking marked on the spots. There was also full-time late-night security in the parking lot which provided peace of mind. I will return to this hotel when I need overnight accommodations in the area.

Upon arrival, the common area was ok, but gave a dingy vibe. We stepped out of the elevator on our floor and there was a strong odor of marijuana. As we walked closer to our room it was awful. The smell got stronger and was sickening. We just kept walking and tried to ignore it. We opened the door to our room and it smelled like an old and musty basement and our shoes were sticking to the floor. Granted, the beds were clean and we had clean towels. We brought it to the front desk's attention and they never cleaned the room, nor addressed the terrible smell of THC. They offered to move us, but at that point, we were tired and just went to bed. In the morning the smell was still lingering in the hallway, but thankfully we were checking out anyway.

2 Strikes, your out.
2nd time to stay here. I was underwhelmed the 1st time, but their price and proximity to the interstate is good. Also, the last time I'll stay here. . Noisy, not their fault, it's the area. the thermostat did not work. That's on them. tv channels were unlabeled and their was no means to connect a streaming device or screen mirror. When i asked at check-in for a late check out the next morning, they told me to ask the front desk in the morning. So, get up earlier to see if you can check out later? The breakfast was good.

The hotel and rooms are modern and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The king room and bathroom were spacious. They have the Dove body products in the bathroom. I enjoyed the large walk-in shower. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the curtains did not keep out enough light. The cleaning staff was very noisy in the hallway during their cleaning. We heard a lot of road noise from our room located in the front of the building.

Nice facility.
Nice room, nice facility. Only complaint was the breakfast. We were among the earliest to have breakfast, but most items were overcooked. Burnt eggs and meats not too tasty. Even the cinnamon rolls disappointed this trip.

Eric, We were notified that day that you thought you left your sunglasses in the sheets. We did check laundry and all areas but did not find them. In your Google review you stated the glasses cost 300.00. I can assure you our housekeeping staff is trustworthy. They have turned in items worth much more. We are sorry that the glasses were not located.

Great night sleep
Room was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable, I felt very relaxed and slept well. Only negative was I did see a centipede in the breakfast area. But I suppose that may not be due to bug entry into hotel.
