Started out so well

Check in was great; room was wonderful; view and location excellent. They have a really innovative thing ...a housekeeping menu where you can request things like extra pillows, coffee, cups etc ...and that's where the problems started. I requested extra coffee...nine appeared; I requested room to be serviced by 2:00, it was after 4 when it was done. The first day, a paper was slipped under the door...this was a nice touch, but it didn't happen again. They have a shuttle, but do not rely on it if you are in any way time-sensitive. They do lots of things really well, but need to sort out housekeeping BIG TIME. I was so impressed to start with, but they did not sustain performance. Oh...on the last day I was left with no coffee at all...called to reception and after 30 minutes had to go down because it still hasn't arrived. The manager took my complaint, but never hit back to me.
