Last minute booking, still expect better for price

We booked last minute. The bathroom fan was was tired to the lightswitch and was the noisiest fan around. Air-conditioning was noisy. Bedding for pull out couch was damp. Yuck. Tub was dirty, looked like sand... Nowhere near a beach though. Breakfast was excellent however. Almost in all I won't stay again at that price.

The suite, with a king bed was comfortable, clean and spacious . Staff was very pleasant. Ample parking. Con: It was further away from the mall where I wanted to shop.

nice set up, but damp floors & a spider

The hotel room set up was nice and worked well for the 3 of us as our son was able to use the pull out couch for a bed. He had his own tv and kitchen area as well as doors to separate him from us. The floors were damp when we entered so obviously there must have been a mess by the previous person or people that stayed. Another bad thing was the quarter size spider crawling in the corner of the room by the A/C return. Not sure what kind it was but when you are staying in a hotel room it doesn't matter. The buffet was great and had a wide variety of food options such as fruit, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits/gravy, and waffles.

Twice a year we clean all our guest carpets, which leaves them damp for a short period afterward. We will look for better options to complete this in the future. Last minute trip to Nashville

This was a last minute spontaneous trip to Nashville. Luckily we were able to find a room. Unlucky for us, it was a smoker's room (we don't smoke). The front desk receptionist was nice enough to bring this to our attention as we checked in. Since no other rooms were available, she offered and provided me with air freshener to help with the smell. She even let me go to the room prior to check in to see if the smell in the room was tolerable. She also offered to go up and spray the room down herself. She was more than accommodating. The room itself was cleanish. The blanket on the bed had a couple of small stains so we used the spares in the closet. Other than that the overall experience was a pleasant one.

Visiting Nashville

The hotel was just a little bit more expensive than we would have liked, but all things considered a great place to stay.

Booked a non smoking suite for my family and was given a smoking room. Immediately went back to check in and was given a bottle of chemical to spray myself. We were moved second day to the correct room. Management has not attempted to contact me yet as I have asked!

We selected Homewood Suites because we thought we would have a decent set of in-room suite services to prepare a little food during our stay. While the room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen area was not stocked well. The most disappointing part of the stay is that our room was not serviced on the first day, and it was not serviced until very late on the second day. Both days we left our room around noon and returned around 5P and 6P only to see that the room was never cleaned or serviced. We probably won't stay here again when we visit Nashville in the future.

3 Star not, 4-5 Star deffently!

How this hotel has a 3 Star rating is beyond us, it was nice & clean, great breakfast with ample options, this is deffently a 4 or 5 star hotel. Only downfall was they do not provide any transportation to downtown Nashville or local attractions so it's either get a cab, uber or come prepared to drive. Will be coming back here on our next trip to Nashville area.
