The property was clean, but my TV didn’t work and the lady working at the desk was clueless about the situation and the only fix was to change rooms! I didn’t want to move 6 suitcases and pack up. Hotel restaurant was good and the bartender was very personable.

Don’t stay here unless you want your vehicle broke into and belongings stolen. My truck was parked directly in front of the lobby, with cameras aimed towards it. Window busted, paint scratched, door dented, multiple belongings stolen. Same night another truck was broke into. An employee had her window broke as well. According to the employees, they’ve had multiple break-ins. They also told me their cameras never work. They hired “security” to drive around the parking area after all the break-ins. Unfortunately called out from work last night. They also happen to call out the last time there were break-ins, which I found strange. Also, love how I was charged for “secure” parking. Bottom line, not a safe hotel to stay at.

I know this hotel is going through renovations I been coming here for over two years for work but I sure hope they hold onto their 2 bartenders Brandon and James. Those 2 are the only reasons I come to this hotel.

Staff was not helpful upon check in, immediately told me they couldn’t find me without trying. another lady decided to find me through a portal and got my info. apparently also merging as a marriott hotel. hotel is very very old and beat up. hotel room is living in the 80s. extremely need some care. don’t stay here

Hotel Preston
The hotel is extremely dated. Room was clean. My room had a desk but no chair at all so only place to sit was on the bed. TV came on but every channel had no signal. There was paint drips in the floor in the bathroom. The tub was porcelain and was busted. Bed was comfortable.

This hotel has declined a lot since 2021.
This hotel has gone considerably down hill. This used to be my favorite hotel in the whole Nashville area. Elevator was out of order 70% of the time. Our hotel room floor was wet around the fridge. The shower curtain was in bad shape and dirty. The room doors has to be slammed to close. The only 2 positives for the room was, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. We had to use the service elevator to go up and down to our room. The bartender Brandon is absolutely amazing.

We loved this hotel. It was conveniently located. The price per night was outstanding. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Very comfortable bed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the bar/restaurant. The food was good and the prices were very reasonable, would absolutely recommend this hotel. Plan to stay here again in the future.

Worst Stay ...
Hotel is under construction, they started working at 6am. Complained to hotel, they did nothing. No services of any kind, no coffee no food nothing. Room was full of dust and simply unkept.

I do not like the idea that we have to pay for parking to park our car in your parking lot when we already paid to stay in your hotel

Vickie, thank you for your feedback on the 15 a night parking fee. I understand that the dislike of the extra fee. With charging for parking this fee allows the property to have overnight security to enhance the guest experience and comfort of peace of mind.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel! Everything time I come to Nashville this is where I stay! It’s in a quiet, peaceful and out the way area. I can’t wait until they get done with the renovations. I also enjoyed Carla’s service at the restaurant during breakfast time! She’s such a pleasant lady and makes the best Peach and strawberry Bellinis!!

Stayed for a weekend get away. The first room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Luckily there was other rooms available and we did get another. The 2nd room had old furniture and definitely needed updating. Was surprised when they also told me they charge for overnight parking! Which was not on any info when I booked.

Stayed at this property for years and booked this room 7 months ago. Apparently the property sold in October and no notification given. Now there is a charge for parking (they eliminated the resort fee), no cable due to construction and even though advertised no free breakfast. You can purchase the breakfast however.

Under renovation, but close-ish to airport
Hotel recently sold, so they have let the place go, while renovations are underway. I'm sure it will be nice again, but in late 2023, the place is definately looking like it needs some love. That being said, bed and room were comfortable, spacious and surprisingly quiet even though it is within (a nice) view of the runway and nearby highway. Good for a night saty befure an early mor ing flight. They charge a 15 parking fee, which seems a bit unnecessary.

The staff was very unknowable on anything. I was told I was going to get a discount due to my room not having a tv and not only have I not seen the discount but I was also charged TWICE for my stay.

Not So Great
The hotel is showing its age. Furniture in our room had broken doors, toilet wasn’t flushing well. The bathroom floor had something VERY slippery sprayed on it (almost like a fine mist oil). The beds were very uncomfortable. On a positive note, the bartender and service was very good and made up for the rest. I would not recommend this hotel TBH.

In the middle of ownership change.
The hotel was in the middle of ownership change and renovations. One of the elevators was out, the furniture in the room was mid-matched and outdated and the hallway floors had stains. The ice maker on 2 separate floors were broken as well. The rep for the new owner said they would be doing a grand reopening in December and she hoped to have everything operational by then.
