The property and staff were great. The problem was the people next door were loud going in and out of the room, slamming doors at all hours of the night. It didn't feel like the hotel was full, so putting people beside each other didn't make sense. There was also no hot water in the am for showering. Warm at best. Overall, there are several other hotel options within a mile that I will be staying on my next visit.

The customer service was superb! The staff was so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The lobby and outdoor areas are clean, comfortable and perfect for gathering. I’m thrilled this property offers food and cocktails now (which hadn’t been available previously). I can’t wait to book my next stay!

The property and staff were great. The check in itself was poor. Expedia failed to communicate with Hyatt. They could see that we had registered through Expedia but this had not been forwarded to Hyatt. The Hyatt employee did all she could and after some time and effort on her part got it straightenrd out. She was great, the system needs work.
