Air conditioner barely worked and made throat sore. Breakfast I wouldn’t feed to hog. It was terrible. It’s about hotel6 quality not to the standards of Hyatt by far.

Please look for a black and yellow van called Lion Transport instead of a Hyatt Place shuttle at the airport pickup area!!! I wished the hotel’s description included that valuable piece of information instead of relying on their front desk people to relay that detail to guests who call in and ask for the shuttle. The shuttle to take you downtown round trip is $10 cash only and was super convenient! Breakfast had a great selection. The room was quite spacious. The hotel should definitely invest in new bed linens (comforters, pillow covers, sheets) because mine were very thin and stained.

The property and room was clean but the ceiling in our room was leaking and the sink drain was draining slowly. I did enjoy our spacious room. The front desk personnel need training on how to address guest. Calling out “Hey!” To get my attention is offensive to me. “Excuse me ma’am.” Would have been better. I was just looking for the ice machine.

This hotel sees a lot of traffic. Shower door broken, closet door broken, sink doesn’t have a stopper. Hallway carpet was smelly.

Our room was nice and clean. We could not connect to the Chromecast TV in our room it kept giving the room next door. Bed and pillows super comfy. I didn't like that I couldn't pay cash for a bottle of water but instead it was charged to my room. Other than that the only other thing that wasn't good was that the fire alarm went off around 9:30 pm. Everyone left their rooms. Got to the front about the time it stopped and asked the staff if it was safe to return to our room. She acted like I asked her something that didn't make sense. I referenced the alarm she said they were "testing" it. A few minutes later the fire department arrived. It happened again the next morning around 7:45. Fire department responded again. This seems a bit suspect....

There was a dripping leak in the breakfast area. There were a bunch of wet towels on the floor to catch it, but it was kinda of gross to have in the breakfast area. Staff was fantastic. Had to report a screaming woman that was running around the 5th floor and she was removed from the property immediately. would stay here again.

This hotel was such a disappointment! It included round trip shuttle to the airport. We were told by hotel staff when we checked in to call from the airport for the shuttle. Once at the airport we called and was then told oh you have to go to the waiting area 2 and call us again. Once there we called the hotel again.. after more then 30 minutes of waiting, I called the hotel again to which the rude lady said I told you Lion transportation yellow bus, (this was absolutely never told to us, we were waiting for a shuttle with our hotel name on it!) After more then a hour of waiting and multiple calls to the hotel, the lady hung up the phone on me. We both ended up with migraines after sitting in the pick up lane breathing in exhaust for over an hour for a ride to our hotel which was only a mile away. We finally got to the hotel and had planned to eat at the restaurant at the hotel. When we asked about the restaurant we were told it wasn’t open tonight as they had no cook and was pointed to some brochures.. we then had to figure out which places delivered, how far away they were and how late they were open as it was now 9:30p When we came down in the morning we were surprised to find the man working the desk asleep in the lobby! The communication and hospitality of this hotel was atrocious! I Do not recommend this hotel, there are plenty of other hotels near by to choose from!
