We have a issue with the bathroom door lock, I have been locked in the bathroom 3 times because the lock doesn’t work properly and they never replace it. Besides that everything was good.

This was a very nice place to stay while in Nashville. It is 15 mins from downtown and the price was right. Free parking, breakfast included. Nice, friendly staff. Quiet - other than being next to the airport. Nice gym facility. The main area was very clean, other than some stained chairs in the lobby, the room could use a little updating. I would have appreciated USB ports near the bed. Afternoon desk staff was much more friendly than the morning staff. Something I did not care for was that the housekeepers would come between 8 and 9 while we were still in the room. It was awkward. They just changed out our towels and trash. The first day we asked them to come after we left - after 9, so they did. But the other 2 mornings we just rolled with it.

Jesse, the check-in person, is great. The pick-up service was horrible. I was not told that a Lion vehicle, was the service. I waited almost 1 hour to get picked up.

It was fine.
I wish I had booked elsewhere. When BNA canceled my flight I booked the first hotel I could find. It was this Hyatt. The hotel was fine in a pinch but the room really showed its age. The furniture was worn, the carpet was stained, and the airport shuttle that we so very much need to rely on was not running. It was fine in a pinch but I really wish I stayed elsewhere.

Freezing cold Shower literally couldn’t shower because it was so cold. Room smelled like carpet powder Shuttle never showed up at bna waited an hour Very odd setup for a hotel room The rug was ripped I never complain, but don’t stay here

The guys that work first was not nice at all and third shift front desk was a very rude every time we parked outside he would meet us outside and ask us if we stay there like if we was lien about it and me and my friend was there for two days. He did this every time the woman that worked the second shift front desk was very sweet. I’m a very accommodating And didn’t give us any trouble but other than that the hotel is very nice clean

Arrived to check in a 2 double bed, which is what I reserved for 3 people. He told me that others decided to extend their stay, so they only had a King for 3 people. I said no, refund my money, which he wouldn’t. Then after getting mad, the manager found a 2 double room The couch pulled out but pee stains were on mattress. Bathtub would drain, no body wash in container in shower. It was pretty bad! Never again.

I understand having a pet friendly hotel as I do have pets at home. However, there should be designated areas or floors for pets. There was animal urine all down the hall on the 3rd floor and the tooms smelled like a pet store. It appeared they were aware of it because they did appear to attempt to cover the smell with a very strong scent. The room I was in had white bed sheets with women’s make up all over it-lipstick, concealer and bronzer were covering the sheets. It was an overall awful experience. The lobby appeared to be clean. Attempted a drink at the bar to remove ourselves from the stench in the rooms and the beer was very skunky. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend anyone else waste their time here.

We got in late on Christmas Day and came into a room where the bathroom was flooded and the shower was filthy. The bed comforter was stained and disgusting. On the two night stay my family an I had to take cold showers because there was no hot water.

The check in process was great, service was very good but when we made it to the room, expectations were not met. The bathroom was dirty, someone used the bathroom and didn’t even flush, dirty toilets, light switches and all hand held areas were dissatisfying. I felt like I was in a very low budget hotel. The reception service was nice as they moved us to another room immediately, but sadly the other room too was not thoroughly clean, there is visual water leak, damaged water spots on wall, bathroom ton was stained or dirty can’t tell. Overall, a dissatisfied experience.
