We didn't know Sunday was closed because Expedia did not tell us. We arrived late and didn't know how to enter. After spending the night in another hotel, we asked In Town Suites to refund our first night. They did so with ease. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are not cooking utensils, plates, silverware or dish soap, but there are towels and toilet paper for the first week.

Nothing when I walked in thought I was at the wrong address the place looked like a crack house! The front desk office was closed for lunch and had a rolling steel door! The room was small with a metal frame thin wire from mattress bed, so uncomfortable. Small refrigerator, 2 burner stove on a timer and rusty microwave! The room had a foul odour and dirt socks in the closet and behind the chair from the previous client! When you looked down the hall felt like you were in “The Shining “ pass this one up!!

Prefer Hotels over extend stay hotels
Not use to a hotel that doesn't open the office until 10 am and closes at 7 pm, they always took care of things but its a hassle and the security guard did not always like it. The check in was a problem because hotels.com messed up on the booking but took care of the problems more than I expected and very well. I don't like hotels that do not give you the basics which is why I like hotels vs extend stay hotels, I like the personal service of hotels, daily maid service, the little soaps that keep me from having to purchase any. I like the service of hotels, extend stay hotels do not provide services or are very limited.

This hotel is horrible. The water was shut off due to repairs and it took over three days to correct and the hotel never made accommodation for the guest. They did however kept lying about the time it would take to fix. The toilet kept backing up from the water being shut off so you can image the level of nastiness. I would never recommend this hotel ever. I wanted a discount for the trouble and was refused.

This place said it had a continental breakfast! A coffee pot, Hair dryer, kitchen. It didn't have a coffee pot. We had to run to Dunkin Donuts every morning for coffee. There wasn't any breakfast. No Utensils in the kitchen . No plates or silverware. We were given 2 wash cloths for the 5 nights, and 2 towels each.for the 5 nights. We went out, and bought utenstils, towels, and dishes.

First off, I thought I was booking the DoubleTree and it was an extended stay. Then when we checked in, they could not make keys and we were told someone would have to take us to our room. We decided to go eat first and then came back and had to call the night mgr on duty to get to our room. The entire place smelled of smoke. I will NEVER use expedia again. I was not planning on doing so in the first place but I booked thru my employee perks and that is where it directed me. I have copied of the picture of the DoubleTree but with the address of In Towne Suites, pretty confusing.

Found hair that wasn’t ours in the beds when we got there....trash under the beds...tv didn’t work properly( only one channel worked) and there was no one to call about it after hours....also the walls are very thin!! Heard everything going on next door to us!!!! Not to mention the door wouldn’t lock properly from the outside!! I would NEVER stay here again!!

Nasty Intown Suites
This was the nasty hotel I ever stayed in. There were doritos bags and cigarette butts under the bed. I got up the very next morning and a spider was in the tub. There pubic hair in the towels, and shower curtain, I was afraid to use, so I went to Walmart and purchase bath towels, face towels. I reserved the rom thru Expedian for Doubletree, and they the hotel was for InTown Suites, this was a classic Bait and Switch situation, my confirmation was for Doubletree not InTown Suites...the address is for InTown Suites but pictures show Doubletree...I am going to go to extreme to get my money back.

For starters, there is NO one at the desk. Two, there is garbage is the parking lot that for some reason people leave and sometimes gets picked up and other times does not. Three, it took me some one hour to check in! I had to call Expedia twice. Dont understand to this day why they did NOT have the information. Four, the room had torn furniture that could have been repaired and fixed. Five, the parking lot is neglected. It NEEDS to be repaved! Finally, this is NOT a first class operation and thus they NEED to come down on their prices when you quantify the above problems.

The room itself was clean, but there is only maid service once a week. The only time someone is at the front desk is from 10-7, and no one there on Sunday. We were not there much but it was hard to get clean towels since we would leave early in the morning and be back later in the evening.

Police are quick!
The elevator buttons have been burned with lighters so as to be blackened and unreadable. People found the need to spit things on the walls in the elevator. I stayed form Friday April 6th until Monday the 9th. The police were there on Saturday and Sunday night. The Sunday night police action involved 3 cruisers and some a foot race that the police lost. The mattresses are wrapped in plastic so they make horrible noise every time you move in your sleep. The entire place smelled of cigarettes the minute you walked in the front doors. I was literally so amazed I made myself stay and not go book another room elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 20+ a night and go somewhere else. Lesson learned!!

The staff was great, friendly and helpful. I had accidently reserved a smoking room. The third floor constantly strongly smelled like an old dirty ashtray and body odor. The elevator was questionable.... the laundry room is nice. The first floor didn't stink. The owners should really appreciate their staff because they made my stay better. The owners should invest money in upkeep of this place because they could have a really nice place there. It is in a great location, close to a park, shopping and restaurants.

Scary Hotel
We'll not be back. We had friends arrive late to find the front desk had closed as of 7 PM with no notice on their reservation whatsoever. The staff were in the building and kind enough to assist but said their reservation was for the 16th and not the 17th. My friend showed them his confirmation in email and they got them their room. Their room was nice, two double beds, sofa, decor. Our reservation for a Studio, 1 Queen Bed, Non Smoking. ended up being a double bed in a room that looked like it was gutted. A mattress on a metal frame with legs, two night stands, bare white walls, tilted refrigerator, sliver of wrapped soap and a half-used roll of toilet paper. We joked we got the room after the crime scene investigators finished. Downgraded at the check-in without so much as an apology or an offer of some sort of compensation. We were in non-smoking room 314. To get to 314 we had to walk down a hallway that smelled like an old ashtray. The elevator was filthy and of questionable operational safety. At least it was close to a major road if a hasty escape was required. Road? More like a pock-marked side street. We passed the "hotel" twice before we found the unmarked side street that led to the front door. When were were searching hotels this came up as part of DoubleTree. Now it comes up as Crestwood. The online photos are beautiful. The reality was a horror. Never again.

No check-in allowed after office hrs & NO Refund!!
Do NOT bother booking with this hotel if you are unable to check-in during regular office hours! They would not make accommodations for me to check in after hours, and they would NOT refund $$ when I tried to cancel the booking after the 'free cancellation' period. Hotels.com information had the following in the fine print: "Important notices: The front desk is open during the following times: Monday - Saturday: 10 AM - 7 PM Sunday - Sunday: 3 PM - 8 PM If you are planning to arrive after 6 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact this property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking." However, when I tried to contact InTown Suites during office hours for instructions on how to check-in after hours, they said I could not, and that I should try to contact the booking site to see if they would refund the price for the reservation. I called hotels.com re: the issue, and they just contacted InTown Suites, who refused to cancel or refund the reservation. I am *very* unhappy with the customer service from both hotels.com and InTown Suites, as I had to pay for a room that I never stayed in because of InTown Suites refusal to accommodate a late check-in. Don't waste your time or $$ with this place!!

Feared for my life!
We did not stay at the hotel. We felt it was safer to spend the night in the car in the Walmart parking lot. When we arrived, there were two police cars in the parking lot. A gentlemen was talking loudly that he was just released from prison. They took a copy of our driver's licenses, and we were afraid of identity theft. Over all a very bad bad experience. I want my money back. I called customer service and I am waiting for the update.

True Flea Bitten hotel
This flea bitten hotel gave me flea bites 2 nights in a row, after they said after "sprayed" the first time. Then when I complained the 2nd time, they wanted me to leave the hotel, and had "no other rooms available" but they showed rooms on available on line??? Really glad to get out of there, and move to a better motel. Hotel.com helped get a refund from the flea bitten hotel greatly. Seamed that this is the local Welfare hotel for the area too. Don't book, stay away. No house keeping, bring your own towels, and flea spray.

It was good for what it is but it’s kinda overly priced. You have to do your own laundry for towels you have to supply your own toilet paper. You get housekeeping once a week which makes things a tad annoying especially if you have kids.

Business trip from hell= Expedia disappointment
Unforgettable experience, Expedia customer service is the pits. I selected the hotel through Expedia's website and the picture of the hotel was that of the Double Tree. I thought I was selecting the Double Tree, I have a receipt of the trip details and the picture depicts the Double Tree not the In Town Suites. I also selected NON-SMOKING ROOMS and was given two smoking rooms. The police was called to the room next to ours and kept us up all night due to a disturbance. Beware, do not stay here and be careful booking on Expedia. Bait and switch!

Not worth the low rates
This places reeks of cigarettes from top to bottom. The odor hits you as soon as you walk in the door. The box spring on the bed was stained and moldy. The room smelled awful. No one cleaned the room at any point. If you're working, good luck on seeing anyone at the front desk as they don't have long office hours. The guests are loud. Several people actually live there and their were kids running up and down the hall way late in the evening.

Worst hotel I've been too!
Well, I learned about this place the hard way. I paid for 12 nights and stayed 8 of them, I was kicked out by the manager named Sally, she said because I was talking on the phone in the lobby and because I walked out of my room after 9 pm was grounds to kick me out, so she called the cops this morning, they we're at least very understanding. One of they cops said this place wasn't safe anyways, he said there's domestic abuse issues weekly. I was getting an apartment Saturday anyways, so no biggie. P.S. management treats the place like it's a homeless shelter with their rules.

Crestwood suites no longer exists. Changed name and painted building so it was hard to find at night. Pictures do not accurately reflect hotel condition. No one was at the desk at 8pm, it was a total run around. Paid for 2 nights but left after 1 night the conditions were so terrible. If I can't get a partial refund, I'll never book through Expedia again.

Dirty, not as promised by the website at all.
The room smelled horrible and there were no pots and pans as promised on the website. There was only someone at the front desk during the week and they don't replenish any of your towels or supplies so we bought cleaning products and had to pay to do our daily laundry with towels. We also had to stock our own toilet paper. The room was nothing like it appeared on the website. Everything was shoddy and old. Our pet was not allowed either although the website said they were welcome. There was a mandatory cleaning day once a week and that was it. This was the worst hotel extended stay we have ever stayed in. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Bates Hotel!
Arrived late at night around 3:00am and there were teenagers roaming the parking lot up to no good. Saw curtains falling down out of the windows, hallway stunk, didn't really have a lobby to speak of. Had a "rental agreement" to sign. Voice in my head just kept saying "Run! And don't look back!" So we did and found another place to stay........
