Our 2 nights stay was good but my only complaint is that the room we were originally given was not ready when we walked in. So I had to get in my car and go to the front office to get a different room. An apology would have been nice for the inconvenience. Other than that location was great. Very close to DTN.

It seems a lot of people live in this motel. Hot water did not get very warm. Shower wasn’t flat and not safe. Beds were super hard. Very poor lighting in the bathroom. Seems more like a live in motel. Would not stay there again. Pay extra and stay in town. Hardly worth the over priced room.

Been staying here since 1995 , great place for the value , staff is good , free breakfast is good . The area around there is kinda iffy . But they have been at that location a long time . And they do the best to keep homeless people and other riff raff away..

The property owner you should remove your listing in expedia. We were kept waiting for an hour in the lobby just bacuse they can't get payment info from expedia. It's your problem not mine okay? if you don't want to be charged by Expedia and just want charge extra parking fee, remove your listing and just put the price in your lobby.

However, when you arrived yesterday April 9 2024, we couldn't find any reservations under your name in our system or on Expedia. Despite our efforts, including contacting our main reservation hotline, there were no bookings found. We take guest reservations seriously and strive to accommodate everyone. Additionally, regarding parking fees, we charge a minimal fee of 10 to help our guests stay within their budget, considering downtown parking fees range from 40 to 50 per day."

A pretty pleasant experience for a motel! The room was very clean, check in and out was smooth, and the staff was attentive to my needs. Plusses: (1) clean and affordable (2) easy walking distance to downtown/Broadway (3) wifi and breakfast included Minuses: (1) the room smelled heavily of cleaning products, (2) the outlets next to my bed did not work, so I could not charge my phone (3) there was very poor sound proofing between the rooms.

The room stunk of smoke when I requested a non smoking. I know that is not always possible but it reeked. The room was tied and needed a tidy up and difficult to see the office when driving to it.

Look, this place is cheap. But it's worth the price. It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's close to downtown. I felt safe. You could hear people outside, and sure, the place wasn't perfect, but it was fine for a weekend.

Unpleasent rooms, not properly cleaned (floors, bathroom). Very unhelpfull staff - bad experience, will not return. I also noticed a particular difference in treatment between myself and my wife, a strange behaviour I had only noticed while travelling in some countries the Middle East and North Africa - I was treated correctly, but any request from my wife was ignored - very strange.

Room was decent, it was clean, but the area is sketchy. A lot of homeless living very close to hotel, with a lot of police presence. Our flight was delayed 3 times until 11pm. Hotel would not give us a late checkout past 12 pm, when it was empty. Would pay the extra to stay in a better location

The front desk guy wasn’t very friendly. The lobby was so updated with Apple computers and very clean. The room on the other hand, not so great our tv had a fuzzy picture. There was hair in the sink and in the bathtub and the door handle to the bathroom did even fit.

Expedia you should not have any affiliations with this motel or company. Absolutely horrific. Cigarette burns in sheets and bed covers and our room was not even swept or clean. Disgusting and gross.

The room was very clean, but smelled like stale cigarettes. We smelled it immediately upon opening the door and almost asked for another room, but was only staying for one night so we just dealt with it. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a decent stay for a great price.
