Our room smelled awful, like cat litter, the pool was very dirty and the chlorine burned our eyes it was so strong. I wish I would have just left right away.

The property was fine. Old but I think they are remodeling. The pet fee is 20.00 p/ pet. I get that but maybe that could be p/ room. They were out of doggie bags outside. Which makes it hard to clean up after your pets. Thought the price was high for the room I thought. The doors Outside did not lock that is probably a problem that should be fixed.

The hotel was dirty. The hallways and elevator were soiled and in disrepair. The room was not as clean as expected. The beds were terrible, the mattress needed replaced it sank in the middle and was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty around the toilet and needed repainted. There was loud noise above our room. It sounded like they were moving furniture and was walks were really thin. You could hear everything next door and in the hallway. We complained to the front desk and nothing was done about it

We left. It was dirty. Two rooms and both had stained sheets and stained comforter. Gym looked they converted a regular room to a gym with 2 equipment pieces only. Cheap. Never staying here again.

We had bed bugs in our room which we showed to the front desk! Ruined our whole trip, had to switch rooms my friend was bitten and had a terrible reaction! Should have been given a refund for this stay but we were there for a FUNERAL and had no time to argue or deal with this during that time. Looking to have this made right please.
