Value hotel

With a 10 minute shuttle to the heart of Nashville offered every 30 minutes, it was a well-priced hotel in an expensive hotel city. The rooms were a little tired but clean and the lobby was fine. Free parking was a bonus given the high parking rates in downtown Nashville.

No refrigerator in the room. Dated room amenities. Coffee maker was broke. Bathroom sink was next to the front door and not in the bathroom.

Love the shuttles!

Nice hotel with exceptional staff! Hotel could use some updating but overall amenities and reasonable pricing make up for it! Beautiful pool and really appreciated free shuttles to downtown and free parking!

Nice hotel with a nice pool.

We were just passing through so this was a short overnight stay. It is easy to access from the highway. Easy to check in and out.

Comfortable and reasonably priced hotel

Modern lobby and common area but our room was dated (very ordinary.) With that said the price was right and not too far from Music row. They offer a shuttle but we used an Uber and got there in 10 minutes.

Great hotel, near attractions!

The hotel was wonderful, great staff, very nice pool! Nice little gift shop for souvenirs. Had a nice little bar and restaurant! Overall was a wonderful stay!

Pros: Clean, shuttle service, restaurant, lounge, free wifi, friendly staff
This hotel was super.....very clean, great services including free shuttle into the city; staff very friendly and accommodating.

Nice but need improvement in various areas.

Pros: The Historical look and feel.
Cons: Rooms and the Housekeeping staff Ideal of cleaning a room.
Location: Good location
Our rooms were half clean everyday for four day. The same dust on the floor was there the entire time in the bathroom. The Housekeeping staff did not clean the tub or even sweep the bathroom floor during our stay. Did not put tissue in the bathroom one day had to get a roll off the Housekeeping cart.

Pros: The food, chicken pot pie was excellent!
Cons: The bathroom needs a complete remodel.
The hotel was nice on the outside but the room was only okay - but the bathroom was awful! The grout was gone and caulked and full of mold!
