Just a shuttle ride away from Broadway

The staff was very helpful and answered all my silly questions. Convenient shuttle. Would be awesome to be there for a Vandy football game as our room looked right over the stadium. Pillows were awesome! Charge for parking and breakfast was way too high. Overall a good choice

We just went up to Nashville for a weekend getaway and was well pleased with the hotel! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only thing I wish they had other parking and free wifi

Lots of staff was not friendly at all... Checked out and front desk person did not utter a word after me paying 250 + food expenses and went back to talking with other clerk... Valet guys were great though !!!

Pros: Staff was fairly friendly but seemed to be going through the motions
Arrived early and was told could not get floor high up, asked if I could wait and it was if I hadn't said a word. Refrigerator didn't work ( was replaced upon call to desk). Breakfast arrived and there was MOLD on the toast. I was asked if I wanted to replace the toast and I declined as well as sent complete meal back telling them I didn't trust the rest of the food. A hotel at this level should be better at their overall property management. I may be cheap but $32 self park and $37 valet seemed out of line for area.

Nice hotel right on campus

Pros: Close to campus, a quick 2 minute ride downtown, great staff and friendly environment!
Cons: Parking rate was a little high, but in a bigger city, it might be closer to the norm than what we were accustomed to, coming from a smaller town.
Location: Right next to Vanderbilt football and basketball complexes; very close to Midtown and Downtown as well
The hotel was everything we wanted! We couldn't have found a closer place to attend a ball game at Memorial Gymnasium if we tried! The staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending places to go in Nashville and things to do. Taylor the bartender and Tanner the shuttle driver were especially helpful to us. The shuttle service is also a great way to get downtown without having to call a cab, and they don't charge anything! Our room had a view right onto the Vanderbilt football field; would be a great place to stay for a football game, but I'm sure hard to book! Very excellent stay all around!

smell of room

Pros: the food...NOTHING else
Cons: everything
when i checked into my room the smell of the air freshener was overwhelming. I went down to the front desk immediately and asked if all the rooms smelled like that. the nice lady at the desk came up to my room to see what i was talking about. She agreed that the smell was awful. I turned the air on and went to have lunch hoping the smell would go away. when i went back up it was just as bad. I told the front desk i was going to have to check out because the smell was making me sick. I went up to my room found another hotel and went down to check out. all of a sudden they found a room that had no odor. too late i was already out the door. I was not a very happy person. Best way to describe the smell..it was like a NY City cab!
