Kind and hospitable staff in every area of the property! Immaculate!! Great location to walk to Vanderbilt University. Drawbacks: $45 tax daily valet fee (no other option); only a sit-down (expensive) breakfast option on-site or Starbucks. Would have been nice to have a few more mid-range and speedy breakfast/lunch options.

The hotel was a short drive to downtown Nashville. There was a hotel shuttle that we used more than once even though we had a car. Parking would have been a hassle so the shuttle was convenient.
