Tricky

Got 2 burgers delivered to room, $68, also 1 day of parking was $32...I have never paid for parking at a hotel, this should be told to you personally and not expect you to see little signs! ....Very tricky and cheesy...

Very expensive but convenient.

Almost $500 per night is expensive. Not a fan of new room decor. Location is very convenient to Vandy

Old hotel stinks

Small room, elevator, hallway carpet stinks. Had partial view of the football stadium but 400 per night not worth. Finally cut down my stay, Expedia was nice to give the refund. Chose this hotel close to the university but there are other good hotels nearby.

Great hotel & updated rooms

Breakfast buffet, set up , should be explained in check in process . Or signs in lounge. It's not clear to guests what to pay for , where to go , & our server only came by once to clear plates & dropped a bill that we didn't even know wasn't included . We ate cold eggs & a biscuit for $55 . & poured our own drinks

The rooms are recently renovated and very clean. The hotel has many shops, restaurants, and beauty/nail/massage places within walking distance, and a convenient and courteous shuttle service to transport guests to and from locations within two miles.

Best hotel service ever

I have never actually written a review of a hotel as I generally find them pretty much all the same. This hotel was fantastic. Aside from being very nicely decorated and outfitted the service was OUTSTANDING. From check in to the shuttle and every one in between everyone was so helpful and just plain old fashioned nice. I was dazzled and will definitely make a point to stay here in the future

Great hotel & location but the staff is rude

They put a family of 4 in a king room, told me "you booked thru Expedia so there's nothing we can do" and turned away. Later they offered extra linens so we could make beds on the tile floor.

Weekend in Nashville

Great room, newly refurbished. Very clever design that maximizes space and comfort. Pricy bar though with mediocre service. Parking is also expensive. Good location, close enough to downtown (easy Uber ride).
