Nashville in 2 days

Location: The location was great. Right by Stadium. Short shuttle ride to downtown. The list of things to do in music city was endless.
The Quality Inn Stadium was a great experience. The entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful and always ready to provide help and guidance to (we) tourists. The shuttle service was great!!!! The rooms were better than expected, extremely nice and very clean and comfortable. The amenities were all great from those in the room and throughout the hotel, including the free breakfast, parking and guitar shaped swimming pool. I highly recommend Quality Inn.

Convenient location to downtown. They provide a shuttle to Broadway. The staff was friendly.

Very close to the Broadway area sights.

Pros: Room was nice. Location was perfect.
Cons: ??
Location: Perfect location if you're attending a concert at the Ryman. Many music venues, restaurants and shops on Broadway down to 2nd Ave.
Attended an Emmylou Harris concert at the Ryman. Wanted a hotel close by with easy on/off access to Int. 24. We found the Quality Inn to fit the bill. It was an easy and quick drive to the Broadway St. area - maybe 7-8 minutes depending on time of day.

Close to downtown with great shuttle service.

Pros: Location, shuttle & breakfast.
Cons: Cleanliness of bathroom could be a little better.
Would be perfect if the Titans had a home game....right behind the stadium. Breakfast was nice.

Convenient location to downtown & stadium

Convenient location to downtown & stadium, nice and clean, staff was great, breakfast was average but typical, only downsides would be highway noise and the room was pretty stuffy, either hot or cold with no opening window, and sort of damp. It was clean and comfortable and I would stay again

Worst customer service EVER!

Pros: Not a bad location
Cons: The staff, especially the desk staff, needs some training in customer service. Terrible, rude, argumentative...
Location: Close enough to walk to downtown
All I can say is don't stay here! The hotel is basic/adequate. The free breakfast is the usual fake eggs & etc. The customer service and the staff are amazingly bad!

Basic Hotel

Pros: Clean, quiet (on the city side) and close enough to walk to downtown
Cons: They REALLY need some customer service training
On arrival, at 3PM, my room wasn't ready - had to cool my heels at a local establishment waiting for the desk staff to call me. They never did, so I checked back at the desk a little after 4 and the room was ready. At that point, I met the rudest hotel person ever. The guy behind the desk didn't even acknowledge me - just stood there sorting papers. That is until a very pretty blond lady came into line behind me and he immediately started to wait on her. He would have totally ignored me if the woman hadn't re-directed him. Other than the staff, the place is fine. Clean - your basic hotel with the basic amenities and bad (but free) breakfast
