Nice hotel close to the stadium.

It was a mediocre place. The window was the size of a porthole on a ship. Bathroom very small. Mattress not comfortable at all. The only plus is it was close to the stadium and they let us leave are car there during the fame, even though we checked out. That saved about $40 for parking.

Nice hotel close to downtown

We had a very good experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue was they didn't get the room cleaned one day.

2 Star Hotel at Best!

The staff was nice at courteous. But the place is kind of a dump. Really a 1 star rating, but 2 stars at best. Everything is very dated. Paint is chipping from the walls. Place just seemed dirty.

Exterior doors that were supposed to lock in the evening don't lock. One of the locks to actual hotel room was broken. Television reception was snowy. Hotel room walls were dirty with handprints and hallway carpets had not been vacuumed. Non-smoking room smelled like it was once a smoking room.

Staff very friendly. Rooms were old and needed updating. Quite noisy next to the highway. Near enough to downtown that you could walk it it you wanted.

A decent stay.

Pros: Cleanliness, location, value.
Cons: A little brighter décor. The check-in/reception area seems cramped and isn't very welcoming.
Location: There is everything to do nearby. Music, dancing, bars, restaurants, and shopping. Titans stadium is right across the road.
I've had issues in the past with the quality of Quality Inns. At this Quality Inn, I was satisfied. Location is right across from Titans stadium and close to downtown. There is a shuttle that will drop you off at First and Broadway. This is just the right spot as you can then walk around downtown and there is PLENTY to do downtown. Make sure you let the front desk you want to catch the shuttle in advance, as the wait can be several minutes. I waited about fifteen minutes. Reception took longer than I expected. The fella checking me in seemed to be doing a lot of moving around and talking, but it took about ten minutes to get checked in. Also, be prepared to have your license plate number (for your car) handy at check-in because they are going to ask for it as you need it for the parking pass that you'll need to hang in your window so your car doesn't get towed. Overall, check-in was good. The fella doing the checking in was upbeat and personable. Hotel was clean. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Could not get the AC to cool the room enough, but that may just be me. There was considerable road noise that could be heard in my room. I suggest earplugs. The décor of the room was fine, but everything seemed so dark--again, this could just be me, my preference. Oh, I almost forgot--there is a guitar shaped pool. Neat. If you don't take a dip, it's at least worth snapping a photo. I suggest this Quality Inn as a place to stay for the non-fussy traveler.

For a hotel that was renovated less than a year ago it was in horrible shape. Tiny room/bathroom and cleanliness was non existent.

Bel hôtel fraîchement rénové, downtown à pied

Cet hôtel est fraîchement rénové. Demandez une chambre du côté du stade, beaucoup moins bruyant que côté autoroute. Bon déjeuner chaud inclus dans le prix. Une belle marche d'environ 20 minutes maximum pour atteindre le centre-ville par traverse piétonnière. Prix très abordable! Le secret le mieux gardé de Nashville! Arriveront-ils à maintenir un prix avec cet excellent rapport "Quality"-prix?
