Furniture was terribly stained. Felt uncomfortable sleeping in the beds. Only reason we stayed was because we had a very early flight and didn’t get to the property until late.

Was disappointed that they had already charged our credit card as I chose to pay later. I wanted to use a different card that was not available at time of booking. I was told we should have put this in comments. Not sure if this is the hotels issue or Expedia but was very disappointed. The staff were friendly. The bed was amazing. Although the room was dated it was very clean!

Carpet very dirty, sofa so stained we didn't want to sit on it, deadbolt on door broken, at 4 am phone rang with a wake up call we did not request and then repeated every 5 minutes or so until we unplugged the phone (called the front desk and the clerk said it was automated and she couldn't stop it or know what to do about it)... Complimentary breakfast was worst we ever had (and yes we know it was just a free breakfast and didn't expect anything fancy but this was terrible)...cold soggy eggs with no warming plate or Sterno to keep things warm...white bread and a few wheat bread slices, no bagels, muffins, etc...no pastries, cream cheese or usual condiments etc ... won't stay there again.

It is a very well kept hotel with very clean rooms, the staff is exceptional and the breakfast is good too.

I've got a nice sized room with king bed, desk and sofa, plenty of floor space, for a good price. Just staying here awaiting a departing flight in the morning. Would come back to this location. Easy to access and lots of dining options nearby.

I’m in a wheelchair and the room was great, especially the bathroom. We had a sofa where we could relax which I loved. Would go back definitely!

The hotel was very nice, only issue is breakfast was very limited and the sausage tasted funny the first morning we were there but the second it was okay.

Poor front desk in the morning check out.
When I checked out on Jan 9, front desk didn’t say anything, he didn’t offer my receipt , I need my receipt pls, normally hotel had sent to my email directly after I checked out but not this time.

I put the room through Expedia by bucket for the wrong guy but the woman behind the front desk there at the Quality Suites said it was no problem she could just swap the wrong night for the right night. Then I got up in the morning rushing it to my flight to Detroit and she said that I had to you're my credit card for the one night and I get reimbursed that's what I thought so they feel my credit card for the night that I needed and then they took the money from Expedia for the night I did not need so they build me for a hotel room that didn't even stand and they won't talk to me I would stay there that's a bunch of crap it ripped me off anyway Quality Suites Nashville at the airport don't mess up cuz they sure will take their night of free money

Overall this was an airport area hotel. The staff and breakfast was not that great. Staff were somewhat non responsive. The breakfast was not ready on time and people waited for waffles. Options were ok, but limited. Warm food quality a bit low compared to other places. I think this was more like a 3-star hotel.

The room was very large and spacious and there was an extra TV in the "living area" so that our kids could be watching something completely separate from us if needed.

We love this place and this is our fourth stay. This trip we had to catch an early flight from BNA , so we used the Lion Transport shuttle and stored our car on property. Everything went so smoothly! Thanks especially to Yogitha, who checked us in -- she is a gem! The shuttle drivers were also friendly and helpful. We had to leave before breakfast this trip, but in the past it has been Excellent.
