The front desk service was very lacking. The lady that checked me in was obviously new and didn't know how to use the computer yet. Took some time. She did not tell me one thing about the hotel. (WIFI, lounge, etc.) Maybe she didn't speak English?? Also the next morning I went down to take something to my car and stopped by the desk to see if breakfast was included with my room. The clerk obviously locked me out of my room when she checked to see if it was. I went up to my room and my key would not work. Came by down and she just laughed it off. She said she needed my drivers license for ID and I told her my ID was in the room with the rest of my belongings. She laughed again. She then hesitated and finally decided if I could give her my last 4 digits of my credit card she would rekey my key. Thank goodness I knew it!! Hotel for the money would be worth it but SERIVCE is totally lacking!! What is the basis a hotel is built on? Maybe superior and service and return customers?? What is the job of the desk clerk if not to make sure the customer is taken care of?? Totally a bust at this hotel!
