The rooms were clean and kept up, the overall property was older, in avg condition. Biggest complaint is no elevator to serve 2nd and 3rd floors and 1st floor books up. I would not advise this motel for elderly or people with disabilities due to this.

Although I have a confirmation from Expedia, once we arrived at the property we were told our reservation had been canceled because the card did not go through. (I have the confirmation email). We were then told that there was no rooms available for that night. We had to find another hotel in a town we were not familiar with. Unacceptable! I will not use Expedia again.

A couple guests cars were unfortunately broken into. Broken glass in the parking lot was not cleaned up by staff last 2 days of my stay. Also, they WAY over use some type of air freshener in the lobby area. Very overpowering smell. Got a headache from it within the 15 mins of checking in. Would not stay here again…

The property itself and rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. It was noisy as this is apparently used as a semi-truck stop. The staff are unprofessional and unable to help with simple requests. The food was beyond horrible.

We arrived late in the evening due to Nashville traffic so didn’t get to see much of the outside. The young gentleman that welcomed us was pleasant and quickly had us a checked in. Our room was great. Beds comfortable. Heater worked which was a huge plus. Plenty of outlets and USB ports for use. A HUGE plus was the breakfast in the morning which was not mentioned on the Expedia link for this hotel. Large selection for breakfast which got us off to a good start. Would definitely stay here again.

They don’t have any outside plugs for bass fishermen and the parking lot is super small. The lady at the front desk had no clue of the properties amenities.

I didn’t realize the hotel didn’t have an elevator. Initially when getting there, a hold for half the stay + the $50 incidental fee was placed on my account. At checkout a charge for the remainder of the stay was placed on my account. The NEXT say a charge for the FULL amount was placed on my card (I had 3 separate charges on my account) I called the hotel and spoke to someone (could never get manager on phone) they said they email me my receipt, I NEVER received it although they emailed it “four times”. I had to wait 3 days for all of the extra charges to fall off of my account.

I was disappointed in my stay. The young man at the front desk was most unhelpful. Upon checking in I was informed that I was on the second floor but that there was no elevator. I had injuries on both feet and asked to be moved to the first floor but was told nothing was available. So we went to the second floor room. It wasn’t going to work in my condition. I called down and asked to be moved. The young man at the front desk told me that, yes, he had a double room available and that I should just let him know when we arrived. I reiterated that I was already present and had just checked in and he suddenly said that he had nothing available. I continued asking what he was about to give me when he misunderstood that I wasn’t at the property yet, and he kept telling me only that he didn’t have anything and that maybe he could move me once some truckers left. It wasn’t until my mother went and talked to him and reminded him of the liability of having someone with an injury and no elevator on the second floor that a king room suddenly became available and we were moved. Also, after the hotel charges were settled, a $193 charge showed up on all 3 room accounts. I called the front desk and the young man was, again, unhelpful. I’m still awaiting a call from the manager he continues to reference. Overall, would not stay again.

The property was ran down. The parking lot could be redone. The hallways was dirty. The room smelt like mildew. Bed was hard. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there again.
