Looks are deceiving!

Looks good from the outside, room was in bad condition. Worn out carpet, black scuffs on the walls and doors, big crack in the tub. We will never stay at this hotel again!

Great Hotel for the price.

Location: close to lots of things
This hotel was great for the price. Staff was very nice,clean room and the pool was sparkling clean.

Convenient location for girls weekend

Cons: could use some updates
I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at Ramada in Lebanon. The reviews I had read were mixed. The staff was friendly & helpful. Over all our room was clean but on our last day as we were checking to make sure we weren't leaving anything behind, we found men's socks, underwear & deodorant behind a chair - obviously had been left by someone else. I did advise the clerk at front desk (possibly owner) & she was very apologetic. Hopefully staff will do a more thorough job cleaning the rooms. I would stay at this location again.

Excellent Customer Service

They went out of their way to bring us more shampoos and conditioners. Decent room for the price

Nice staff, horrible room

I understand that you get what you pay for but this room was really disgusting. I never write these kind of reviews but figured this one needed to be written. Upon entering the room I first went into the bathroom and came upon a bug. The room looked like it was falling apart. We were tired and didn't want to drive anymore so stayed and we ended up sleeping on top of the blankets on the bed fully clothed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff is extremely nice. It's not worth saving the extra $20-$30 to stay here. Go somewhere else.

Staff locked out of building & charged wrong card

Pros: n/a - this was an overnight stay while traveling to a destination.
Cons: Hire qualified staff that understands to take access keys to the office with them, doesn't

We arrived at 11:30 pm to be welcomed by a staff member outside in his socks (no shoes) and informed that he locked himself out of the hotel and was unable to help us until his boss got there to let him back into the building. Over 30 minutes later, we were able to check in. The guy gave us a receipt in someone else's name and then couldn't understand we were not that person. Luckily, his boss was still there and figured found out actual reservation. Upon leaving, we were told a discount was given and received a receipt. Expedia refused to help and their customer service was awful. After using Expedia exclusively, I will be re-evaluating this going forward.
