Overnight stay on road trip

Posted Aug 25, 2015
We were very disappointed. The entry and sidewalks were dirty and the carpet in our room was soiled with dirt buildup behind furniture in corners. The shower had a hole around showerhead. Paying guests should not be subjected to such poor accomodations.

Center of Lebanon Activity

Posted Aug 20, 2015
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: remodeling and elevator
Location: We were there on business not looking for things to do.
The stay was great, staff excellent but motel old and needs upgrading. They really out do themselves with breakfast and kindness. There is no elevator to the second floor.

Cons: The breakfast was quite disappointing, especially the "hot" portions. They just threw out frozen eggs and mini sausage biscuits to be microwaved.
Clean but not exciting. Minor damage to room flooring and bathroom door.

One night stay.

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: The price was reasonable and close to the highway.
Cons: The softness of the bed linens could be improved. Showing a map of the location of the room would be helpful.
Location: The location provided convenient access to the highway
The room was okay for one night stay. The room was pretty clean. The mattress was not the most comfortable as it was rather hard and the bed linen was scratchy. The water pipes to the sink made a terrible groaning noise when the faucet was turned on. The person at the front desk was nice and helpful, but his speech was difficult to understand due to his strong accent.

My stay was less than wonderfull, staff extremely unfreindly, got kicked out of breakfast area before we could finish breakfast and coffee, didn't like location, room only adequate , will never stay at any Ramada again

Good value for mid level amenities

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Reasonable price, conveniently near restaurants/shopping. Decent comfortable bed and room maintenance.
Cons: Area felt safe but many hotels close together in the area made me a little more security conscious.
Location: Nashville was a half hour drive away so better to plan a full day there than drive back and forth. Many restaurants and shopping right in Lebanon.
Hotel was close to many restaurants, with a med size parking lot. Parking close to rooms can be a challenge but it was great for convenience with restaurants and corner store nearby/walking distance. The area was more built up than I thought which was convenient also. Staff was friendly and helpful. Got a decent deal on the room rate so it made it worth the 2 night stay. Overall a reasonable room, price and comfortable.

Hotel room was very dirty! Sheets and blankets had stains and hair in them. Room had not been vacuumed and food was left in fridge.

Comfort after a long day's drive.

Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: We were able to get a room on the first floor and parking was very near the room.
Cons: The bed cover was a little heavy for the time of year, therefore we had to turn the air conditioner higher.
Location: We did not investigate this as we were there for a specific reason.
We were very tired after a 7 hour drive with rain all the way, and asked to have an early check in because we had a wedding to attend later in the afternoon and wanted to freshen up and rest. Our room wasn't quite ready, but since we hadn't had lunch, we were directed to a restaurant which was within walking distance and served homemade food and it turned out to be excellent.

Comfortable but outdated and the room needed a deep cleaning.
