Property is not well taken care of. The bathtub was stained or not wash correctly , bed sheets were stained, door was peeling , floor was so black, smelled like cigarettes even tho it says no smoking. Do not book. Luckily I travel with my own bath towels , Clorox wipes and pillow cases but for 85$ for a night , deff not worth it. Worth 20$ a night.

My expectations weren't high to begin with. Check in was quick and easy, liked that. But once we got up to our room, there was a VERY heavy perfumey smell, several (poorly) patched holes in the walls, floor lamp in the corner was dirty/rusty. Fabric shower curtain was stained and looked like mold was growing on it. The toilet had a sticky film on it. Thank goodness it was only 1 night...

Well I stayed a week here over the Christmas and new year break and over that time I got to see and good and bad staring off we noticed we weren’t in the nicest part of Nashville but can tell they are trying to fix it up you are only 10 minutes from everything which is nice property was clean but noisy from either outside or inside the hotel over all I would give it a 3 star experience

The check in process was very simple. The surrounding area did not make us feel safe. A lot of homeless people and sketchy business going on all around the hotel. The room looked very old. Bathroom looked like someone tried to update it but forgot to come back and finish it. Overall it was a cheap room for the weekend. I probably would spend the extra money next time and stay in the city.

It’s ok
I only stayed one night this week but will be back next week. The hotel its self was okay. The pool was closed and they don’t have breakfast. The room was fine. I had a small issue and the staff fixed it while I got some dinner so it’s nothing to complain about on here as they fixed it immediately. It’s not a 5star hotel but I also don’t expect it to be. My room was clean and that’s all I cared about.

Black mold in room. Air conditioner unit was not clean and had dust bunnies and mold. Lamp shade missing. Toilet seat not attached to toilet. Tub paint peeling. Cigarette burns in blanket. Bathroom door does not close all the way. The room was overall unclean and poorly maintained. Pool has dirt on the entire bottom of pool with bags of trash floating on top of pool. Elevator door closes forcefully and closed on us while walking on and hit us and appears the sensor does not work properly. Only 2 towels provided for 4 person room. Safe in room did not function properly - could not use.

The only issue I had was poor sound insulation; the person next door kept me up both nights with the TV on loud. Everything else was fine. "Property condition and facilities" seemed like the best place to rate that.
