There was nothing outstanding about this property. It was neither dirty or really clean. The check in took longer than it should have. The lady that checked my is was not incredibly friendly. It seemed like I was bothering her or wasting her time.

I felt a little uneasy in the room as far as safety. Just having a flip over on the latch seemed inadequate. Everything ws fine ,it was quiet, but at the same i felt it would be easy access to anyone and a female traveling along and arriving at night, I would have felt better if there was a more secure door locking procedure.

The most important thing for us was that Red Roof is pet friendly. The bonus was the friendliness of all the staff and the cleanliness of our room. I was disappointed to not have a fridge, but being able to have my dog with me.

I only booked this place for the airport shuttle. However, they were not accessible during the time I needed them and I had to pay for an Uber. When I arrived in my room, I was too tired to inspect it. That morning when I woke up. I noticed the tub had hair in it (I don’t have any hair). The sink was dirty, the towels had hair on them and there was trash on the floor. I notified the front desk but they didn’t seemed too concerned. I will never stay in a red roof inn again.
