The room was damp, with black mold on the ceiling vents. It had a constant musty smell. We were there with some other people and their room had a wet floor. The maintenance team couldn't correct the problem.

I completely understand your frustration and am very sorry our hotel rooms did not meet the standard we strive to meet. These issues have been passed on to our housekeeping and engineering teams so that they are corrected moving forward.
