It's tiny bit far from Broadway but if walking isn't an issue for you, then walking there shouldn't be too bad. Ubers/Lyft to Broadway were always well under $10. We were hoping to use the BCycle service to get around but it turns out they don't have helmets, so opted against. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent - eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereal waffles, baked, goods and they typical continental stuff. Staff were great, room was good, no complaints! A nice hotel with a great value to be close enough to the action.

we really liked staying here. it was a little farther from broadway than we originally thought but still close enough to walk if you wanted. the hotel is clean and the staff was super friendly. my only complaint were the pillows in the room were awful. we had 4 pillows and they felt like they were no thicker than a sheet of paper. other than that the rooms were clean and in good condition. i would stay here again.

It was very nice and comfortable. It was walkable to downtown since we didnt have a car. The staff were super nice and friendly but couldnt give much direction for requested places. The kitchen was good but could use a few more items, like a spatula, and a 2nd pot and pan. Would stay again and would recommend it.

The staff are helpful and very friendly. The convenience of kitchen make you feel like stay at home. And the breakfast is good. Most of all, they let my husband to have an early check in as we arrived Nashville in the morning. We enjoyed our stay at Residence in by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt

Parking is horrible. They don’t have a gate so anyone can drive in and access free of charge. So don’t pay for parking. The breakfast was ok. The potatoes were half cooked. Biscuits hard but waffles and cereal was good.

Only thing wonky was the parking garage layout it does not match up with the hotel floors & you go in one hotel to use their elevators to get to your floor in the other hotel... we laughed it off it added to the weekend adventure (twilight zone garage episode) but there could be better signage.

Great hotel!
This hotel is in a great location. You can walk to restaurants, and in nice weather to certain attractions. It was a very cheap Lift to Broadway, which was very convenient! Drop off & pickup was always easy. The Employees are friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to always be accommodating. We had two dogs with us, and the employees were wonderful with them. The breakfast was very good, my only thought was that they need to change the options. We were there nine nights, and the food choices on the buffet did not change once.

We had a nice stay here, the room was very clean and comfy. The free breakfast was very nice and all staff we encountered were very sweet & willing to help any way they could. Having to pay an additional $104.00 to park however was disappointing. Guests are obviously going to need to park their vehicles which should be included with the room. There was no other parking options so you have to pay it. Be ware there is also tax on top of the $32 parking fee per day.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast attendants were very good. The location was fine but likely need Uber home at night when it is cold. Parking fee was the big negative. One day parking costs almost as much as a day renting.

Great Hotel
Our first hotel fell through so we booked here. It was 7 am so we were really hoping for early check in. We called and the lady that answered was extremely rude and told me that wasn’t offered. We decided to Uber there anyway to see if we could at least drop our bags off. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and got us a room early! The room was spacious and had a little kitchen. Very clean and in a good area. Really appreciate the help of the front desk staff and wish I would have gotten there names.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were lots of options at breakfast, and the place was very clean. Our room was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. It’s about a 30 minute walk to South Broadway or for two dollars you could take the bus.

We'd Definitely Stay at this Residence Inn Again!
All of the front desk people were friendly & helpful. They gave us good advice as 1st time visitors & tourists. Housekeeping was terrific & very responsive. Warning to "newbies" to Nashville: Parking is terribly expensive! Plan your itinerary & budget accordingly!

Dirty Clothes Hidden in Pull Out Couch
When we went up to our room at the Residence Inn and pulled out the pull out couch there were dirty clothes hidden in the sofa ! You can only imagine how quickly I demanded a new room. We were moved to the Springhill Suites adjacent to the Renaissance Inn.

This was a good location for us near Geodis Park and downtown Broadway. Breakfast was good too. Ottoman in the room was pretty chewed up and there was an issue with the WiFi during our stay. There was also an unusual issue of humidity in the room. When I put my glasses on in the morning, they actually fogged up when I first put them on. The AC cooled the room, but somehow did not remove the humidity. There was some mold beginning to develop around the the AC register as well. We probably won’t stay here again in the future.

I feel like new carpet would really elevate the stay. It gave it a slightly dingy feel. Staff mostly pleasant some were great others were meh. Overall for the cost id stay again. Very convenient and that's what I was looking for.
