This hotel was nice, super clean and close to bars. We was able to to walk to Honky Tonk Highway within 10 mins. The only negative thing was the we was unable to watch any tv because it was not working nor was their internet and stafd tried to come in and clean before our check out time but overall would recommend and would stay again.

Major construction going on inside the hotel (was not informed of this prior to our stay). Very noisy all day, and horrible fumes. Our room was not ready on time and nothing was offered for our lengthy inconvenience, I had to ask for something for our trouble and received only a few $20 breakfast vouchers. Parking was outrageously priced. The hotel also offers a shuttle service via golf carts which would have been nice to use, however we were able to use it one day of our 4 days there, the driver refused to come and get anyone in our party the rest of the time. The elevators were also not working properly and that was a problem considering we were on the 21st floor.

This hotel is currently under renovation so our room had no furniture. We only had a bed and the room felt dated. The shower worked well and the water was hot. There were only two elevators working and the hotel has 30 floors or more so the wait time to use the elevators was excessive.

It would have been nice to have been told the property was undergoing renovations which included parking. Had to walk a block to the hotel after parking, the inside of the hotel is being remodeled as well. I understand having to remodel, I would have liked to know before it was too late to change our reservation.

Room was nice. Except we reserved a King Bed. Ended up with two double. Also Tub filled with water while showering never drained. Same with sink. Tub still full when we left. Maybe a different place next time.

Construction going on at property . Rooms cleaned daily but not a great job . The elevators ( there were 4) , two were not working at all and the other two were slow in coming . One day there was no elevator working . No room service . Rooms need updating . People at front desk not very friendly .

Older property, needs updating (construction going on now). Elevators not all working people waiting on multiple floors long time. My TV was not working & front desk said they were sending up maintenance. I was away during day but the issue was never fixed. Service level was very average overall.

Less than 24 hours prior to check-in (ie. past the point of cancellation), I received an email informing me of construction on the property that would cause noise and other inconvenience. This information should have been disclosed prior to passing the non-refundable reservation prior - an unacceptable "bait and switch". Its an old, tired, dated hotel, badly in need of an overhaul.

They were going thru a renovation which slowed down the elevators. Our room was already renovated, however, no refrigerator, no extra chair or sofa and plugs were difficult to use. But it was nice.

The Staff was helpful and "The Library" restaurant was very good. However, the room rate was MUCH higher than I thought I was paying and the daily parking fees were outrageous!! Plus, the parking area for valet was 5 blocks away and it took 20 minutes for you to get your car.

We have stayed here many times before and enjoyed it. Now there is construction and 2 elevators are closed, which caused waits to be 10-30 minutes. There was LOUD hammer drilling starting at 8am on the dot every morning. The garage is closed so valet has to park 5 blocks away which causes pickup wait times of 40mins at checkout.

The hotel was under construction. No where did it state when we booked that renovations were going on. While I understand completely that routine things have to go on etc. The parts of the property did not have water from till after 5:00 in the afternoons due to the renovations they had to turn it off on lower levels. There was only 2 of 4 elevators working. Over half the rooms were being redone. They would start working around 7 and not stop until 5 or 5:30. There was constant banging and vibration due to the work. It was hard to get any sleep. There was dust and dirt everywhere. While I do believe this is a very nice place to stay and had there not been such a large portion of the facility being renovated our stay would have been a lot nicer, we ended up leaving a day early.

The property was nice. Very clean and updated. The rooms were nice and comfortable. We liked the shuttle service to Broadway St. The driver was very nice, personable and prompt. He gives you his number and you can call him to arrange pick up. The hotel is going through construction. We didn't see anything or hear much at all. The only downside was the elevators were a little slow but it didn't affect us and didn't think it was a big deal. We loved the location, we could walk to everything. Great area! We would stay here again for sure!

The hotel is pretty good, 9/10 the environment was safe and clean, they provided breakfast vouchers which it was nice. Their best feature is the sky lounge it’s a must . Besides the remodeling , I feel like the room was small for the price but what really affected me was the low water pressure in the shower. Overall is very good and I would stay there again.

The construction is a nuisance- drilling, hammering and vibrations started as early as 8:30am. Valet parking is horrible-$60 per day and you’ll need to wait 30 minutes for your car. The most time consuming thing are the elevators. There were only 3 out of the 4 running and they took forever. If you’re trying to leave “on time” for something, you should allow an extra 5-10 minutes for elevators. Overall a very nice hotel where I’d stay again, but a few things need to be tweaked.

We spent New Years Eve at this hotel because of the location of being walking distance to Printers Alley. Hotel is going through a renovation, but it was no hinder to our stay. Room had a slight musty smell. Other than that, it was it was a great place to stay! The Librery is an onsite restaurant that provided us a great place to relax and have some drinks.

There’s construction and all types of noise early in the morning. On Thursday, water was shut off at the hotel. I should have been warned about all this. And to charge what o was charged was ridiculous.

Worst stay at any hotel and ruined the start of our little vacation that was supposed to be relaxing. The parking garage was closed, we listened to construction that no one warned us about all day and all morning (they stopped at 6pm but started back at 9am), the maid came into our room after she saw us go in since she was cleaning next door (that was weird and made me feel uncomfortable), the entire street outside the hotel was lined with homeless people that made me feel very unsafe, and it took 48 minutes to get our car the next morning. Again, we were not told that either. The valet said 5-10 minutes to get our car the day before.
